I have purchased hundreds of thousands of dollars in products over the years through Alibaba's platform. Recently had a supplier send me a completely defective, different product then what i had ordered. I have all the products ready to ship back to be compensate. Provided Alibaba with an insane amount of proof that the product was not what i ordered, and they still did not credit me. I am at a loss for $15,000 with stock i will never be able to move.

The delivered product maintained all the qualities that we negotiate.
15 days after the cargo arrives, we repeat the order and now we are interested in expanding the portfolio they have.

We cancelled our membership on this site as a result of high pressure continued sell practices (see enclosed images) We dont like to be threatened in such cheap and non-sophisticated way. Also lots of fraudulent, supposedly Alibaba "customer service reps" and because there is no benefit for company such us spending money showcasing as the prospects are all grabbed by tens of thousands of Chinese/Asian corporations and you never know if the distribution was fair, who are you really dealing with and products are all going in one direction that is - out of China

This is a great website to find Trade and manufacturing companies. I was a little nervous at first but with the ability to find companies who work with Trade Assurance and who are also verified suppliers, it helped sway my fears and try this route out. I just recently placed and received an order for two products with my company logo engraved on them, and they turned out great and were shipped in the time frame I was given. I had an easy time communicating with the company I worked with as well. I highly recommend this site.

Alibaba provided rapid responses to my ITT and had a useful chat facility within the site. Was able to rapidly select the best supplier and track my delivery on the site, knowing that if dispatch was delayed or item was imperfect on arrival that compensation would be provided. Site fee for this insurance was $82 on $3400 deal so 2.5%. Exchange rate seemed reasonable.

The site is good in regards to finding suppliers. However, the charges for oversees and the products are outrages. Some times you can find the same items in other sites as Wish way shipper and same quality. I hope Alibaba take protecting buyers to a further steps and research the market.
