This website is as today with more than 2 million daily user, for any commercial trades you are able to source from alibaba. Usually their sales representative are responsive to any questions. I would say they are also easy to communicate with. I would recommend this because of its reliable, fast service and variety of products.

Had some issues with delivery being misplaced and then stolen. Everyone worked with me to have a fast resolution. I have my product and love it. The only problem I had was with the delivery driver for UPS. The driver apologized and tried to recover my item. I ended up recovering it myself and everyone has been notified and is happy! I was reassured and felt protected at all times. I'm kind of glad this happened because problems like this bring out true business professionalism or not. I'm looking forward to doing much more business. The people and product are exceptionally fantastic!

Alibaba.com return policy is Totally bogus and worthless. They wanted proof and evidence in which I supplied 100% thru there sites messages between me and the seller with pictures of concerns that I would be getting the correct item, after receiving a item completely different. Alibaba.com would not back it up and closed the case with A Sorry. Now out $300.00 and worthless pieces of junk.

I cannot express how easy Alibaba has made it for me to start a retail business. I placed many orders on AliBaba for clients of mine, and Ali Baba kept on denying perfectly legit cards for " security purposes." Im currently talking with customer service for several days already and it seems like I won't be able to complete my orders at all.

Long waiting for shipping, for example, unless using e-packet service or buy big quantity order where is very fast (within a week).

But for the competitive price that you find, especially if you just buy one or two things, I would be happy anyway to wait for a bit before receiving the product.

At first I was nervous because it stated that it would be shipped 30 days after receiving payment! I am so thankful that they did not do that and it arrived early and each piece is beautiful and damaged FREE! I can't wait to give them out as gifts!
