The deal was the biggest trade deal ever made through Alibaba. I personally ordered small items, but they grew larger and eventually developed into a big deal that even went on a business trip to China.
Now, we are not only importing products from China, but also considering how our company can make inroads into the world through Alibaba.

Will never purchase again. Purchased the Sterling Silver Ring, Vampire Diaries Inspired Ring, Lapis Lazuli Gemstone. Photo on site shows a substantial ring of decent size. What a received was nowhere close. There photo is so magnified - this company is a joke. The band is only as thick as a quarter. Also, I was not able to write a review on their site. Another clue to stay away. Wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money.

The machine we ordered came damaged, we did everything we would have if dealing with a US company, taking pics and videos,etc but Alibaba keeps stringing us out with further documentation now we are close to 3 months out with no resolution, a broken crappy machine taking up space in our warehouse. This is the 1st and last order our firm with do with Alibaba. I'm learning what I should have known - there is a reason they are cheap. I would advise staying away from Alibaba.

With being new I had many apprehensions about ordering. How the process has been simple and better than expected. I kick myself for not doing this earlier. I even received a call to remind me to check my resale information. They were not asking for my personal information just a reminder to go to the site and review. Ordered a replacement cell phone screen. Was sent a broken screen. The packaging was terrible. I had to pay for return shipping. Seller said he didn't get it back, and after 6 months "dispute process" they gave the seller the money.

I had pictures, proof, everything. Doesn't matter. They're there to rip you off.

I gave 5 stars in the delivery very quickly. It took 7 days to send, including the whole trip until I arrived at the house where I was at the doorstep in Thailand.

Using Alibaba is the perfect solution for me (and the seller), here you get full security on your investment and you can relax and know that things will work. My recommendation to you as a customer is to take your time and read about the company, check that they use the "Trade Assurance" here on Alibaba, if possible use the company chat, mail, phone to talk to them before putting your orders, I have learned that they often have a wast knowledge about there products and in the field they are working. I have more than once ended up getting better deals than my own planning would have given me.
