I have now directed the production of two products through alibaba.com. Both suppliers I found met or exceeded my expectations. Their shipment tracking is great! I feel safe using their payment portal, and am overall very satisfied with their services. I recommend giving them a try.

Alibaba made finding a supplier easy. The key is doing research and talking with the suppliers to make sure the quality is what you are looking for. In the past we have had some pretty shady suppliers that have given us a very low quality. If you are unsure always get a sample before placing large orders. With this understanding we are now having a very positive experience.

It's easy to use, and the suppliers are very helpful. For example, i ordered of 3 different suppliers, and they all kept me updated on the product and showed me pictures of the product as it was being produces. This made everything go much smother, and i can concentrate on other aspects of my business, like designing my website.
