Depending on what you are looking for, this site could be the best place to buy or the worst. There is almost no recourse if your order arrives and you are not satisfied with it, I have never successfully gotten a return or reimbursement. However, most suppliers are willing to ship you a small test order so that you can see and handle the product before ordering in bulk.

There are a lot of fake products on this site. If you are buying fakes to sell I would highly recommend asking the seller for a private catalogue of their good and bargain HARD. Never take the first price given.

If you are here for a custom product, this is probably the best place for you to look, but I would recommend consulting a professional, as the process of setting up a supply chain is not something that can be learned easily off of YouTube and absolutely should not be gotten into without information or advice. Too much is at stake when MOQ is in the thousands for a custom product.

Out of all the things I have bought from here, I was least satisfied with the electronics, and most satisfied with the toys and collectibles. These are by far the best bang for buck if you are selling on a small scale in the US or Western countries.

After 3 months of your bike is in factory and then being painted.
When threatened to cancel they say only black color then send you compliment different bike.
L ordered a lady's walk through ebike. For my wife. See photo they send me some tall men's bike no use for my wife. And later said only have this one. I can sell it if I don't need!
Alibaba just side with vendor when I ask for return or refund.

The sellers are more often than not, the same seller with different contact names. The prices displayed do not match what you are presented when you get in touch, and most of the time, you cannot purchase directly (you have to send message to seller).
The quality of at least the item we purchased was far below the quality of our current product from Taiwan, and other listings on Alibaba were higher cost than we sell the product for.
Doesn't seem to be a good resource in general. Google search shows products, but quality and price are not what you expect.

I like Alibaba, but they have a lot to go on when it comes to easy use of the webpage.
Alibaba should also make sure that companies who is offering their gods here, have an easy checkout for all the product displayed on the site, that will lift the total picture of Alibaba!
It shouldn't be necessary to use time on chat with the manufacturer to be able to order the simplest things, it doesn't regards all of course, but too many!

Alibaba is the best. Easy to use, great customer support. So so glad I used Alibaba to help make my Vision and reality.

Ive used Alibaba many times over the years and have never had a problem. All the items have arrived as described and quickly. I have only ever interacted with sellers and I have never had to get Alibaba involved in a dispute apart from asking for a couple of refunds and there has been no problem and the refund has been issued promptly. I like the chat option as its so easy to get hold of the sellers who in my experiance have gone out of their way to help. I highly recommend!
