After searching for awhile for white piggy banks I found a company through Alibaba. This company was very prompt on responding and shipping out the order. I ordered 100 pcs. Last week and it was delivered today! You have to do your homework on these companies as some are not very reliable. I wish Alibaba would screen those bad companies and not let them advertise on their site. I will definitely do business with this company again. Just wish the shipping charges were less expensive!

Unfortunately Alibaba Trade Insurance isn't as good as it should be. I received damaged glass vials, yet Alibaba favored the supplier and would not compensate me on the freight. I received some compensation for the glass vials. In essence, I had to pay very expensive freight for broken glass vials that I have to throw in the bin. What's the point of trade assurance?

But after browsing the site and communicating with the individual sellers, I became relieved of my suspicions and purchased. Alibaba appears to have many checks and balances that give you security. Most vendors were easy to communicate with, but only a few were there language barriers.

Had a company which not delivered at all. Their products were stopped on custom, with the notice that the import licence and product are not allowed in EU, with the notice that there was no manuel hand advise. I asked alibaba for help and only point they told me that i am responsible that the product gets in EU and the company, which website was after my payment taken off, representive always open new sites and address, and doesnt replied at all, are right and i have to pay the damage.
