Alibaba site is very good. Shopping in Alibaba is very easy. I am from India. I purchased "Kospet Prime 2 2.1 smart watch". First before purchase, I had enquired about the product, known its price (product cost and the its shipping cost) and the method of shipping from the supplier. As this product is international product the supplier has put a customs clearance questionare and I had choosen the most appropriate answer among the answers. The supplier has put the price of the product in Indian currency after knowing that I am enquiring from India. The supplier has answered all my queries and after clearing all my doughts I placed the order. It was easy for me to remit the cost in Indian currency. Shopping in Alibaba is wonderful, simple, hassle free and great. I recommend all to shop in Alibaba only.

Its my favourite site for int. purchasing.the option for live chat or video whatsapp etc. make the whole procedure very fast. I will change the results for searching engine and add more filters to get better results. That must have.

I bought a beauty device which arrived and didn't work, the supplier told me to unscrew the machine and move something electrical inside. Firstly this is dangerous and unprofessional. Then the ultrasound didn't work, button at the back overheating and so I asked for a full refund. Cecilia from the dispute section, didn't deal with me fairly, I couldn't upload photos, she told me to contact through an email which didn't exist, my time was run out even though I have one hour left! Don't bother with a dispute they're all on the side of the sellers even though it's a complete faulty machine and the sellers were lying. Amy Beauty equipment manufacturers is the name of this company, beware! Do not buy from them. I have tried re opening the dispute but there is no way I can do it. I've lost 900 dollars and not a happy customer.

Reseller service on alibaba is cool, supervision of the delivery of goods is very good until it actually reaches the consumer

Inadequate supply chain for the goods and services. The product not delivered and Trade assurance not given back.

Would highly advise anyone not too do dealings with any sellers on Alibaba.com and there "So Called" trade assurance as it's a SHAM, and you have no recourse if you try and deal with there Supposed Customer Service "Automated Anna" REP...

When you do actually get onto a real person they are as Automated to deal with as ANNA.

I ordered an item that I was not 100% sure was allowed in Australia and after doing some research on Border Force I could not find any more information on it so I went ahead and placed a Very Expensive Order $240usd...

After customs held my order for 12days( I thought it was confiscated) they finally released it and after paying $120usd for express shipping I received on the 4/1/20.

The seller actually lied to TNT, Customs China and Border force AU about what the product was called on all the paperwork as it was a dangerous item to send and obviously they didn't care just wanted my money.

Cut a long story short up actually turns out what I ordered is not what I received and is more than likely what they called it on all the documents...

I placed a complaint with Alibaba.com, but posted under the wrong category and had to wait 30days for there time frame to expire.

Now I've been trying for several days to file a complaint under "Item not what I ordered) and guess what... now they won't allow me to apply for the refund because it's past 30days since I received my order.

I demanded just before to file a formal complaint and talk to a supervisor and still got absolutely no where with there Automated customer service agent.

Simply don't trust Alibaba.com or there supposed Trade Assurance as if you try and get help the automated system is a nightmare to navigate(probably deliberate to put you off) and to deal with them is almost impossible...

Maybe it's the China, Australia thing at present but judging what I've read on the Internet lately it's just an Alibaba.com thing...

Be Extremely Careful if you do deal with them and place absolutely No Faith in there trade assurance

As a business we have been buying through middle man companies for quite some time in the UK. After spending time researching the products we have historically purchased, we have found that we can source suppliers directly at source, negotiate our own bulk pricing and get an all round better deal!

We have to pay out considerably more initially to buy in bulk but typically we save over 50% on the products we would normally buy via a wholesale distributor in the UK once they have sold through.

Having an Alibaba account gives us access to a whole new range of products that we wouldn't normally have thought of buying and has helped us build and grow a new supply business, ironically as a middle man distributor not dissimilar to the ones we purchased from not so long ago.

If you spend time doing your research and identify the right suppliers [Takes time for sure] Alibaba is 100% the way forward for any business who has the cash facility to purchase directly, the profit margin increase speaks for itself!
