I bought some expensive gym equipment, from Alibaba but what I received was very poor quality, the main function of the machines do not work. I opened a dispute with Alibaba they were very unhelpful didn't care at all and only offered to refund me my shipping cost, about 300USD the gym equipment cost 1200USD so I have paid a total of 1500USD for 1 item. My transaction was supposed to be protected by trade assistance and trade insurance but it means nothing, this site cannot be trusted.
I am a gym owner and this is the first time I have tried buying equipment directly from China and I am very disappointed with Alibaba.

Do not do business through Alibaba, their suppliers will send you the wrong products and Alibaba will only protect them not the buyer irrespective of their Trade Assurance policies!
