Hi there I have purchased ebike from Alibaba application.and the company called Dongguan Chuangen Technology Co., Ltd. And my agent was "Helen CAO"
The company is not trustworthy, the shipping says on Alibaba sea freight. And my agent says shipping via train. From China. And she approved my ebike as received? And I haven't received it** So now I'm desputing with PayPal to get hold of them! I hope! So beware even on Alibaba says trustworthy but is not it could be fakes company in China! Likes this one try to scam any of you. Like me very bad experience. Now more the 60 days and I haven't received my ebike. She keeps saying is almost in Europe! What such lie.

I had doubts about how the product would arrive but everything was fine with the delivery time and product

I appreciate it for several reasons!
1. poor work of the messenger (chat and messages) often messages are not displayed, but a notification has come! It also takes a very long time to load an hour of messages both on the phone and on the desktop computer.
2. There is no way to complain about the seller (or this option is located in a hard-to-reach place) MAKE MORE AVAILABLE "create a complaint about the seller". + to have such an opportunity in the chat of correspondence. I placed an order on Alibaba for a printhead costing $1000, plus $30 of express shipping, plus $30.80 for some processing fee, being the total for the order $1060. 80. Then, a few hours after I had made a payment for the order, I received a message from the seller telling me that I had to pay an additional $470 for the order, or I could, otherwise, place a cancellation. So, before I placed the order's cancellation, I was reassured by an Alibaba representative and by the seller that I would receive my full refund of $1060. 80, and I proceeded to place the cancellation Then, for my surprise, I only received $1030 on my refund, and after spending days following and jumping all the hoops from Alibaba.com, they have gotten to the decision not to refund the $30.80, in violation of their word and reassurance of issuing a full refund before I cancelled the order. After all, I did not cause the transaction to be cancelled.

The quality of this all-terrain tracked dumper is very good. Feels very good after using it for a while. It is especially suitable for my workplace. I am really happy to buy the right machine.

I've ordered from Alibaba on several occasions now, and bought from 2 - 3 different suppliers. While there seems to be a variety in the quality of goods (and sellers) available, if you find a reputable supplier, they are worth their weight in gold. Many of the sellers are quick to respond, have amazing communication and customer service, and will work with you to meet your deadlines or wholesale quotas. There are trade assurances in place, in case you have issues with your shipment or defective goods. I only wish I found my suppliers sooner; could've saved a lot of money for my small business. Happy that I know about them now, and highly recommend Alibaba as a safe platform for all wholesale buyers.

Very good website for me for processing wholesale orders, however need to be careful because many salespersons will offer a price and send you the quotation with the requested quantities, then once you decide order they will tell you that they do not have stock and you need to order a higher quantity as MOQ, or they will add extra hidden charges to the order like clearance charges or some logo charges that they did not mention in the beggining even when you brought it up.

I wish the transaction fee could be less percentage when your order value increases, because for my *******usd I paid more than 300usd as a fee for Alibaba, and another 150 usd for my banks (outbound payment) which I think could be better.

I wish as well that Alibaba can provide consolidation services for the shipment, so that the items can be shipped altogether.

Final Note: Please never skip the third party inspection for all orders that exceed 1000usd. Otherwise you may sacrifice the quality and condition of the items you ordered for the sake of saving some 100-200usd.
