DO NOT buy off this site. Sellers will promise you the sun, then ship you the wrong products or send you crap products then do not want to honor any type of warranty they promised you. Then if you have any issues all alibaba does is tell you to wait wait wait they will help you resolve the issue. Had 2 encounters off this site, first one shipped me completely different product than what I ordered, when I filed a claim on alibaba, showed proof of everything with pictures as they have asked, alibaba said ohh well tuff $#*! better luck next time. 2nd encounter is now taking over 3 months to resolve on warranty the seller does not want to honor.If you buy anything and I mean ANYTHING make very sure that everythinmg is listed in chat and I MEAN every detail of warranty, return policy, refunds, etc from the seller before you submit your payment. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

I ordered spare parts for my vacuum cleaner S6MaxV
From ROBOROCK via Ali express Vancouver BC

They shipped wrong parts as follows:
4 WRONG OVERSIZED FILTERS
2 WRONG BRUSHES WITHOUT BRISTLES

I called, e-mailed, and communicated with ROBOROCK and ALI-EXPRESS via their CHAT
I sent pictures and measurements of original offer and pictures of received parts showing
Brush without bristles AND PICS OF OVERSIZED/ INCORRECT FILTERS FIVE TIMES!
I STARTED dispute on December 2,2021

They insist, that they (Ali-express and merchant) can not establish my claim?!
Pics show so obviously that brushes DON'T HAVE BRISTLES AND FILTERS ARE
OVERSIZED! They suggested that either I ship back incorrect parts back AT MY EXPENSE for full refund
Or they refund only $12.00! Shipping back wrong parts would cost me more than $40 by Canada post
I suggested that they pay for return shipment and fully refund, or that just to settle, I agreed to
Partial refund of $45 without returning wrong parts. ALIEXPRESS ADVISED AND I QUOTE:
"Sorry, we have not identified this problem from your proof." Hope you have a great experience shopping with AliExpress. Best regards, AliExpress Case Management Team
My Five year old grandchild can see the difference between picture of brush with and without bristles.
Beware of ordering from CHINA/ALIEXPRESS. AFTER THEY SHIP WRONG PARTS YOU WILL BE ON HOOK FOR RETURN SHIPMENT, WHICH WILL BE AT LEAST HALF OF THE COST OF ORDERED PARTS!

Alibaba tries to be very helpful but they let anybody sell on their platform, there are total scam artists who will send you partial orders and then try to receive more shipping fees, Alibaba is very slow in resolving the issue and the language barrier through customer service and the sellers is very frustrating, beware who you buy from I've had some good sellers but they're hard to find

Ordered a crypto miner from a merchant on Alibaba. After 3 weeks of no communication they finally shipped it. What arrived was a poorly packaged and non operational Miner. They just threw it in a box with some loose plastic stuffed inside. I applied for a refund through the Alibaba trade assurance program. They rejected the claim and left me stuck with a $7,800 worthless piece of junk. Don't make the mistake of thinking that they operate like Amazon or Ebay. Nothing more than the opposit is true. Their trade assurance is a scam. I will never do business with them again.

The video player is easy to install yet a few functions are not working after several attempts following the instruction manual, not all mobile phones are compatible, apple is fine yet the android phone is not connecting through wifi hotspot or tethering. Changing the logo is not working also, the speaker sound is not that loud enough to hear the sound.

Alibaba is the No. 1 Marketplace to source suppliers by far and thats for a good reason, ive experience how they have evolved over the years and now it just seems so easy and reliable to use Alibaba why would you go for any other site if your insured and most top suppliers are verified.

First time order with a new supplier for stickers. I was very clear about needing a split back sticker. Simply means it's easier to peel because the backing is split down the center so that you just slightly bend the sticker and it's easy to remove backing paper and then stick to surface. That's important for my customers because they are often wearing work gloves and it's super easy to open the sticker with a split back. Otherwise, they must remove gloves and use fingernail to try to remove backing paper. Stickers I received did not have the split back. Alibaba only refunded a portion of my money, about 1/3. VERY disappointing but even more frustrating was how they treated me. I tried for a month to get them to see my side but it was like chatting with a bot every time. No willingness to be helpful. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Next time I will test out product with smaller order and then either use a different third party escrow service who actually cares about that role. A true fiduciary will hold on to the funds until I am 100% satisfied and if the seller deviates from the agreement then I get ALL of my money back. Obviously on larger order I would also enlist the help of an inspection service but definitely someone outside of Alibaba. Do not rely on Alibaba Trade Assurance to provide you with actual relief in the event of you getting scammed by the supplier. Another alternative website that I am having better luck on in made-in-china.com because they provide actual escrow services. I spent nearly $25,000 through them so far and no problems, they held on to my money until I confirmed the purchased goods were in good order. I am starting to take more of my business to MIC for that very reason. AND, even better, their escrow service didn't cost me one more dime! Whereas Alibaba added insult to injury by providing terrible customer service, kept 70% of my money and charged me a hefty fee for the privilege of being screwed. And didn't even offer me breakfast in the morning. My advice, beware dealing through Alibaba.

Alibaba approved the refund as the supplier sent different good quality, Alibaba always tried to protect the Chinese supplier although I did the order through Trade Assurance & the inspection report showed the poor quality of the goods. Alibaba agreed t send the refund & confirmed that they will send the money back to although the refund was less than 50% of the goods value. 2 months passed & they didn't send the money, they keep giving false promises & false documents that they refund the money to My bank. I advised everyone to know that

Beautiful products only thing I didn't like was how long the shipping took. The supplier was nice, I just didnt like how long it took to receive the products.
