The machine we ordered came damaged, we did everything we would have if dealing with a US company, taking pics and videos,etc but Alibaba keeps stringing us out with further documentation now we are close to 3 months out with no resolution, a broken crappy machine taking up space in our warehouse. This is the 1st and last order our firm with do with Alibaba. I'm learning what I should have known - there is a reason they are cheap. I would advise staying away from Alibaba.

Alibaba try to collect taxes that shouldn't, and then after products arriving at customs, you pay this taxes again, and then you return to alibaba and you have to spend more time to prove things that it isn't Alibaba's work to looking for. Now the next problem it is that people here they want to sale to professionals but with the prices that we are buying they are selling to consumers in aliexpress for just one piece, and some times, they are selling to us more expensive. Also, the mass salers here they are placing listings that doesn't include shipping, and then you contact with them and they are saying you that this price it isn't correct and they are asking you 4 times more. The situation need clearance

The site offers an abundance of goods at the best prices. The interface is good and easy to navigate. Only problem is AUTOMATIC DELIVERY CONFIRMATION! It works incorrectly!

Muchas agencias de transporte no son profesionales. Pueden aumentar un servicio de envío hasta el doble de el precio acordado y cuando tienen tus mercancías, te obligan en cierto modo a enviar con ellos al precio que quieran ya que dejan de responderte ni ofrecer soluciones. Alibaba tampoco te permite abrir disputa.

They only support the seller, never the buyer. When there is a dispute. Even when the items where low quality. Bought chairs from there and they are just breaking. Just used once. Very low quality, Alibaba leaning on the side of the seller

I have bought different products from Alibaba and I have never gotten a problem that has not been solved. Once, the company I company I was dealing with, did not fulfil their part. They never shipped the product. I contacted Alibaba about the issues, I sent information about the conversation with the company I was dealing with and I showed them that they never shipped the goods I paid for. Alibaba returned my money. It took some little time, but it is understandable.

Every time I order some goods, they arrive as promised. I always make sure to pay a little more in order to have trade assurance. Attached is a picture from the last company I was dealing with in Alibaba. The goods were well packed.
