If you are going to order via Alibaba.com = be prepared to lose your transaction fees, even if the deals do not go through. There are too many scams and sellers who are not genuine producers/factories and I don't think due diligence is being done by Alibaba, from the amount of sellers approaching me. A few deals fell through - and ended up getting my refunds after a lot of hassles. And my transaction fees are not refundable - which is not right in the first place. The customer service is poor in attitude. Felt very cheated.

I am a business owner of many stores in New York-USA. I ordered samples before placing a large order.
Order number: **************966. Seller never sent my order, it's been 4 months and the order still not received. I contacted the seller 2 months into the order, but it turns out the order was never shipped, she said would ship. 2 more months later, but still no delivery. Seller grossly mishandled my orders. I am very unhappy. I am having trouble getting my money back. Refusing to refund. I don't want anything from this seller., but my $319 dollar refunded. Save yourself the trouble, do not buy from this seller. Very irresponsible and dishonest. I have bought from Alibaba for almost 20 years, I will stop buying if I am not refunded, and will stop recommending Alibaba. If this matter is not resolved. Everything simple anf fast. As soon as I identified a possible product, immediately a kind lady asked me if I neded help. Then we started a very profitable conversation and the lady solved all my doubts.

Packaging allowed damage through air freight. Through good, persistent communication the issue was fairly resolved to my satisfaction.

Very thorough and professional organization with top quality products and service. I highly recommend!

Several months back i ordered a mini excavator along with a trailer. (paid for each) a few months went by and i got an email saying that my order had arived soo i went to pick it up and boom when i opened the crait when i got home no trailer and no course of action all my previouse conversations are gone no way to communicate my issue wth n.c.

Alibaba does not hold vendors accountable. Vendors refuse to provided parts list of parts they as they quoted to rebuild. They seem to buy used parts, test them clean them and ship them. Its a gamble buying rebuilt expensive parts through alibaba.

I had problems with Alibaba twice and both times I couldn't find a representative or even explain my problem because they did their best to prevent us from complaining. I will shop from platforms other than Alibaba. We prefer Alibaba because it offers trade assurance, but unfortunately it does not offer any assurance.

Fast delivery, good quality and design, very professional and helpful, support from the time of the order to the receipt of the goods. Highly recomend

Even though they tout such protection mechanisms as "Trade Assurance" it means nothing really as I bought $100 worth of digital products only to find the seller reneging on the offer (service went down after 2 weeks of a 2 year deal) and opening a dispute resulted in Alibaba telling me they couldn't force the seller to provide me with a refund:0). Incredible right? Unfortunately the culture in that region has a lot of catching up to do. In any case, Alibaba.com dead to me.

Alibaba.com is a poorly managed online shopping website. They allow fake sellers selling phantom products scamming unsuspecting customers who thought they were safely buying products from a decent online shop. The scammer on alibaba.com even has a fake shipment tracking website that conveniently stayed active until I filed a complaint. Alibaba.com is an unchecked unregulated online shop anything goes there including your hard earned money.

I like the service, the buyer was professional, helpful, friendly, smart and can uderstand my designs.
