1. Allowed me to meet one of the best manufacturing companies in China (BD Cloud). It allowed me to see something that I did not know and other possibilities for my business.

1. Alibaba granted me the possibility of an approved credit (Pay Later) for almost 60% of my investment, including a letter/ email with the corresponding approval. After two months, without any cause, that credit was canceled, for which I had to change the investment plan and look for other resources to be able to meet the payments made with the supplier in a timely manner.
2. NOBODY on Alibaba.com speaks Spanish. In the United States we are 80 million people who speak Spanish, I think they should focus on this issue as all the big companies have done.
Alibaba supports scammers. Any place can have scammers. BUT Alibaba cover for Chinese scammers. The Alibaba refund process is a joke. You can't win no matter how much proof you may have... I strongly recommend not to use this service.

Unfortunetly the postage cost is high compared to the long delivery time. This aspect changes the attractive product price to a less attractive business case.
Excellent place if you are looking for manufacturers of any products, you name it you will find it. And they all seem to be genuine. I have ordered one product so far, i must say I was very satisfied with the quality of the product and their prompt communication.
I have been having a business for a while now.
- The listing is not showing the right information.
- The supplier doesn't really care about customer satisfaction. One supplier told me that he is going to ship me a random item as its a normal thing. It was a gold supplier.
-Here a lot of supplier says GOLD but the service they are providing totally junk.
- shipping cost unmanageable. Same-day for the same kind of item from same city I get two different prices from 2 different companies. When you asked about the difference they just don't answer.
- The reason Chinese suppliers behave relax because no one is warning them from Alibaba. Whatever they do, they still do their business the way they are doing it.
-Poor quality packaging and items.
- The only good thing is trade insurance and works pretty good so you are absolutely feeling safe
- I started to choose my supplier from Taiwan, Pakistan, Japan, and Turkey more now.
-Either we do purchase or not purchase we need to able to rate suppliers, Alibaba needs to work on our review and educate its supplier.

Some of the Airpods I received have issues such as: not charging, Sound to low. The vendor is really nice but the product is all that nice. I ordered 30 and 10 where defective so far. I haven't sold the rest as of yet.

I buy product from gold supplier on Alibaba, the product they send me 100% is not that i paid for, i fill application for refund, some one from Alibaba contact me and said dont worry your money will be save and we refund you. After 3 days i got email that be cause company showed you so we can not refund money to You. Wondering i have the gods they send it to me it is not that i paid for, it is not mask! Now one can used this one as mask and they cheat me 285.00 USD now Alibaba support them and dont care the costumer like me i boy thousand and thousand from them a year! Don't trust if you lucky you got good and honest company is ok other way your money is gone! I lost my 285.00.
