Crystal are beautiful, fabric could have been better quality. Although, communication with Alibaba representative was clear and concise. Shipment arrived within 2 weeks, which I was happy. Each facemask were neatly folded and the total packaging was nicely sealed, I was very happy.
Alibaba (seller Qingdao Mingyuhao Yang) I filed a complaint that the seller shipped my item through DHL, they lost the product. Seller wouldn't do refund unless I changed my 1 star review on them nor offer to replace the item. Alibaba says on their site they would issue. I send conversations with seller and DHL and still no product and out of $199. They sided with the seller even after all the proof. DHL said all the seller had to do was put in a claim and they would reimburse the seller and then they could ship me new product or reimburse me. Alibaba will always side with seller and you will be out of money and product. Watch out
The seller was very pleasant and accomodating, going out of their way to make sure we received want we wanted. Product arrival was timely and as stated. Well done!

It is easy to find all different types of motorcycles on Alibaba, but it will take a 3 to 6 mouth before you get it. It is a 12 hour difference to communicate with them.

So Far it was good for me. Only thing is shipping time, which is ok not the best. Also there are scammer in this platform who will ask you to contact outside Alibaba and ask for payment out of the platform. Be aware of these ones.
