There is not enough adjectives to describe this website. Horrible, cheap, frustrating, meek, sometimes impossible, disappearing information, different pictures everytime someone responds about the same product you inquired about. Then to top it all off they offer you a middle man! I find it astonishing that ali baba is still in business.

Bought 200 pens, told them initially they were to be gifts. They sent them to Germany as a business purchase. This caused customs problems and an additional $87. In import tax. Called to cancel the order and Ms April in customer service said she would pay me. It's now been two weeks and she won't answer my emails or chat. To include no money. I'll never buy from a company with employees with no integrity. Alibaba is not a reliable company.

If you're in the US, don't even THINK of using this company. They will screw up every way they can. We were with them for 2 years and each and every order had serious issues. Items were made wrong, arrived damaged, took forever, shipping was astronomical; we had 3 representatives, each worse than the next, pricing was schizophrenic and customer service? Dispute resolution? Any type of helpfulness? Not a chance. One batch of items that were unusable because they not only lacked hardware but lacked the countersunk holes to put the hardware in was dealt with like this: "go buy a drill and fix them yourself". After the last shipment arrived 5 months after it was ordered, to the wrong address and broken, they simply stopped answering our emails. Don't think Alibaba will assist either- they demand to be paid via Paypal and direct wire transfer. Of course!
Done about 40 purchases since 2015, 95 % successful, no glitches in (technical) quality. Rarely shipping problems due to certain sellers not experienced enough in forwarding to South Africa, (which must be pretty "exotic" destination for some). Appreciate personal attention while enquiring about the products. Refunds handled promptly, for transactions not completed, for various reasons. In summary: shopping at Alibaba is convenient, rewarding, even though some sellers don't want to be bothered with orders' of small (for an individual person) quantities, rarely, nevertheless. I was nervous going into it as it was my first deal but Shenzhen Jet Bright Technology helped me through and the help links available were exactly what I needed. The only hard part has been figuring out the customs side here in the states! Will look into a customs agent next time to handle that for me. No issue with Alibaba at all though!
Such china market sites are still remaining a lottery with sometimes wrong descriptions or the goods that simply dont come. But lately they really improved the service - all the parts of it, such as delivery and refunds especially.

Alibaba has been upgrading and advancing with the consumer in mind! Very user friendly platform and all the add-on services you need throughout the manufacturing process of your order. I had to contact them before about an issue, and they also have incredible customer service! Considering the language barrier, they are doing fantastic! 1. Alibaba granted me the possibility of an approved credit (Pay Later) for almost 60% of my investment, including a letter/ email with the corresponding approval. After two months, without any cause, that credit was canceled, for which I had to change the investment plan and look for other resources to be able to meet the payments made with the supplier in a timely manner.
2. NOBODY on Alibaba.com speaks Spanish. In the United States we are 80 million people who speak Spanish, I think they should focus on this issue as all the big companies have done.
