Just make sure you check the seller profile thoroughly and if they support Alibaba Insurance protection then you are good to go. Also check their rating and time they have been on Alibaba.
Alibaba Buyers protection saves you from any several risks including product quality, on time delivery etc. You get your amount refunded for selected reasons. I think it really put my mind at ease when i knew my order payment is protected.

Excellent Service, Great Communication, Fast Shipping. Product was of good quality although it did not hold liquids or anything heavy very well. Small alteration of the notch inside and the hole would fix this. Great overall experience!

Excellent supplier, wish had met them few years back. Great company for my needs. I an not a volume importer and most companies shy away from small volume importers. Have found this company just right for me.
Third product ordered from them, good quality and Echo is a pleasure to work with. My only suggestions would be to consult with your local shipping office for complete Customs requirements. Packing on less fragile products should also be considered. This is a good company and I am sure we will place another order in the future.
I liked the concept of having multiple vendors at my fingertips. However, one CAN be overwhelmed with too many choices. It was a little difficult to find exactly what I was seeking on their platform but perseverance paid off. After some time I did find exactly what I was seeking. The charms for my jewelry making business were well crafted, as advertised, and arrived in a very timely manner. I particularly liked the trade assurance agreement that accompanied my order, protecting both the price and delivery. I have used Alibaba twice now, and I will definitely use them again.
Trade assurance on Alibaba ensures that the buyer`s payment is protected and they can receive a a full refund of any goods purchased if they do not meet the required standards, they are damaged, late etc, or if there are other issues in dealing with a supplier after purchase.

I don't often write reviews... But this time I must. I was totally impressed with my entire first experience with Alibaba.
The ordering process was easy... And I was overwhelmed with pleasure that I received my product delivered by DHL to my front door within four days of ordering. WOW.
The product which I thought might be second rate as to quality and functionality because of it's low price; is (so far), Excellent. In fact I am about to reorder another one, just to have as a backup.

The process was very smooth, quick to reply, and they created a fantastic product based off what we had requested. The items came in perfect condition and on time. We will certainly be ordering from them again!
Our boutique hotel ordered a large quantity of napkins, slippers & tablecloths from Eliya, a company advertising on Alibaba as a custom branded hotel supplier. They sent two different colors on the napkins vs the slippers (one was correct gold, the other were yellow!), and the embroidery was low quality. When we told the owner, Ben, he said that's not my department'. Didn't care even a tiny bit, no offer of correction, nothing. They took real money from us, thousands of dollars, and delivered fake quality, very low standard. They offer towels, hotel equipment, hotel furniture, hotel porter trolleys, all you might look for - dont be fooled! Avoid Eliya company if you're looking for hotel supplier China, or custom hotel supplies from china.
Have recently purchased an oxygen concentrator for my elderly friend who suffers lung problems. He finds this product as good as he expected, quiet, easy to operate and convenient to carry around with him even when he drives in his caravan. Your service is nice too, friendly, easy to communicate, hassle free delivery.
