Amazing Platform for Sourcing from China
August 5, 2019

I have used the Alibaba platform during the past two months to source about 10 different products. The trade assurance provided gives confidence. The vendors, mostly, are very professional and prompt. Pricing has been shockingly reasonable. They help the shippers with logistics. Handling all the paperwork and transactions on one platform is so helpful for record keeping.

I've never been ripped off on Alibaba yet, paying through Alibaba. It's been much more professional and safer than ebay in my opinion. Dealing with the time difference adds a little bit of time when making decisions.

Don't forget your spring orders you'll need to plan around the chinese new year because they shut down shipping out, etc in celebration.
Most sellers are quick to respond, and some even tell you if they think your smaller orders are even a good idea for your company's needs, which makes me feel they care just as much about my sales as they do their products.
Not everything is perfect (human expectations) but the few issues we did have were handled expeditiously and cancellations were a breeze. Not to forget we linked out domain name and now our store is even cooler and we didn't have to hire someone in house to manage our site now.

Never, ever, be aware!

We had to pay 100 % in advance.
The boxes came broken, furnitures destroyed, quality nightmare, back wall - no paint!
Company offered sending a glue that we could fix it ourselves.
Had to make new ones, costs!? DOUBLE.
After two years I have finally the desks fixed.
It would be cheaper to buy designer furnitures from Europe.

What a wretched company... they're immune from FTC regulations, apparently, so they can toy with you or deny your right to unsubscribe; my efforts to do just that, ended up costing me 45 mins without a resolution! The madder I got, the more obstinate they became. I just wanted to unsubscribe as easily and quickly as I do from other businesses, but this invasive outfit kept redirecting me to dead ends, over and over again! God help anyone who unsuspectingly contacts these morons for the first time!

Best experience in years

This supplier genuinely tried to excel, with the customer satisfaction as an obvious goal. I haven't experienced such high standards of service in years and next time, I would approach this supplier first, without any hesitation. There is not a single issue to complain about, just the experience of an ideal trade, thank you very much.

I own a general goods store in Vancouver. I sell many things ranging from Cell phone cases, to general home good appliances. I've been ordering a couple hundred units of different things. I'm amazed at the quality, response time, and turn around in terms of shipment alibaba and the merchants offer. Prices are quite good. The site is easy to navigate, and communicate. ( I would hope one day we may opt into using our own courier account numbers opposed to the merchant ones. As the shipping rates are a little bit high.)

Had a problem with an item I received. Seller claimed it would work with iPhone 7. The connector was incorrect. Item has no value to me. Opened a dispute and AliExpress did nothing. In fact they sent me an email asking me to let them know how they served me. Only problem there is no way to respond (see below)

Ordering from a vendor you have never met or heard of is very risky. Alibaba made the process seem less risky and offered a variety of different assurance products to help customers feel safe about their purchase. I will use them again and take advantage of their bid for shipping options.

Shoppers assurance? What a joke.
Product arrived completely broken, $1000 down the drain with no recourse or assistance. The vendor actually asked me to file a fraudulent complaint with FEDEX.
I won't make that mistake again!

I am very satisfied with Alibaba's handling of my refund. The matter was swiftly actioned by "Alice" with great appreciation. The dispute was for non supply (lack of communication from suppliers) Alice ensured she received all the relevant information from myself and from the supplier before making her decision to apply for full refund! As a business looking for opportunities in this vast market, we are grateful Alibaba are there to keep an eye things.

Sunglor = Very Good Purchasing Experience

Sunglor text support was very good during purchase and delivery was faster than I thought would be possible from China to Canada. The LED red light sleeping bag is sturdy design for full body coverage. It feels like it will last a long time. Comes with 2 large power supplies. One for each panel so I'm expecting they will not be overly pushed to their capability. The LED's appear to be very strong. The bag gets quite warm during a 20-minute session. I was expecting that I would need to use a fan for cooling but it is comfortable without a fan in 20 C room temperature.
