Please DO NOT SHOP HERE. The "Protection Plan" is BS they side with the company. I ordered from Good Goods store my wedding shoes which should of been real leather. The delivery time took forever, when I finally got it, they sent me a size 7 not 8.5 like I asked. The seller "Jason" had the nerve to say it needs to stretch to try using it. After a rip off $110.00 the dispute lasted 2 more months and of course the company sided with them. They also "Guaranteed" satisfaction, The shoe was the cheapest thing I have ever seen, also it looked used. Maybe I would of payed $10. After all I only got $20.00 back... What a rip off... I guess I have to go elsewhere for wedding stuff. "

Quality of service by Alibaba depends on what you are buying. Advertisements for large and expensive items are almost 100% misleading and confusing. Trying to get honest answers is difficult. They want customers to look at pictures and buy. Detailed info - impossible.

We ordered some product through a company on Alibaba. They flat out lied to us about how long it would take to receive our products. Keep in mind stuff comes to the USA on a slow boat from China. Make sure you have some type of guarantee in place if possible in regards to date of arrival. We literally had to threaten to get PayPal involved and cancel the order unless they could provide some solid proof in the form of a legitimate tracking number for our shipment. We still do not have what we ordered and going on twice as long as promised. Was told 30-40 days and now well over twice that now. Beware!

Some supplier sales are tricky such as, (1) sent other model that is is not on the deal, (2) send other brand and do not responsible when the machine is not working said "The product is no longer in production, since we've just purchase it for 3 months only". Alibaba should solve this problem seriously.

I recommend self-managing your requests for particular supplies and not allowing the request to be "broadcast" to all suppliers otherwise you are likely to be drowned in responses. I loved the neat responses of the supplier l used and this review does not apply to them at all! I just ended up with a deluge of messages from other suppliers. I'm also wary that some sites (not the one from which I purchased) include in their search words items that do not match the product in the photo. There's too much "catch-all" phrasing so my search for flame $#*!ant fabric mesh suitable for clothing would result in hits on metal and fibreglass insect mesh.

Unless you get problem you never know paid for good to arrived within 10 days مکس been a month alibaba refuse to help as they said transportation is not in suppliers hand my order is under 1000$ it's gone never trust them don't order from this plot form

I've used Alibaba long time ago (10 years ago), since then it became more professional, but still need some improvement. Specially Messenger system is very hard to work with.
First, it doesn't group the conversation, and for single supplier you see 100 contacts. Second, it's better to split messaging system and ordering system. Combining these two are so confusing. Most of the time, i get notification that I have order from supplier, and when i check it, it's just short reply from supplier!

I was able to find a very reliable and helpful supplier through Alibaba. There may be some less-than-helpful suppliers out there, but through proper research and communication this site can give an endless array of opportunities to find excellent manufacturers to do business with! I don't typically write reviews online, but I think it's worth it given that this is something that has made a big impact on my life and does a great service to the world by getting buyers in touch with suppliers in such an efficient manner.
