I have used this site just a few times but my experience has been very good each time. When shopping for items for resale at the flea market or at your retail location, this is a great place to find them.

Nothing but good words to describe my experience using alibaba. Reliable Suppliers with good communication. Dependent on the supplier or manufacturer they will go above and beyond to offer the best support on your venture no matter what you are looking to sell. Great prices also.

The site does not flow well, and it is hard to find items that match my requirements. The search box result is neither precise nor accurate.

There are far far too many spam emails generated from suppliers selling products that have no bearing on my needs.

Good experience in sourcing different products thru Alibaba. I ordered several times both samples or bigger quantities and everything went well. I had some delays from a supplier but having the trade assurance in place I didn't had to be worried.

Alibaba is a good platform to establish communication with traders and manufacturers. Although some communications barriers exist, suppliers often find the way to make it clear. Additional services as payment warranty and on-site inspection are key to truly trust new suppliers

The supplier manages to fabricate a customized power supply. They are built-in good quality and overall fabrication is also very fast.
It will be helpful if they do QC on each product before shipping them.
He communicates well and willing to resolve any issue arise in a friendly and professional manner. Overall good transaction

I've used this company multiple times and have always received the finished products before the scheduled time frame and have always been extremely pleased with their decals. The communication is great, too. I do advise checking your work email either late at night or early in the morning, 6 a.m.

This site is a complete rip off. There is no doubt that there are some genuine sellers but for every honest seller you will easily get a thousand rip off artists. Ali Baba condones scam artists by protecting them through a pathetic reporting system and not allowing the customer to leave comments after opening dispute. One star is one too many.

Very satisfied with their quality and service. I made a lot of effort to compare manufacturers in alibaba. But I'd love to tell you guys who are doing the same thing as me, just ask what you want, then they will get you exactly what you need. I'd recommend all the companies I've known.

Alibaba, has improved significantly over what they were a few years ago. They have quite a ways to go in their communication interface. Currently there's no way to sort or group messages, makes having communication with 20 different manufacturers of different products VERY difficult. It's usable though and MUCH better than 3 years ago.

I felt more at ease after purchasing from an unknown supplier using Alibaba and Trade Assurance. I paid Alibaba, not an unknown supplier, which is the way to go. I had recourse in the event of a bad deal with a known company.
They are bigger than Amazon.
I would and will do business with this company again.

Things have changed lately in the transactions with China. We used to look for cheap products although delivery times and quality were usually low-profile. Nowadays, quality control and logistics are comparable to any world-wide supplier

I love using alibaba. The suppliers are 99% friendly, helpful and fast-responding. They will almost always go the extra mile to accommodate your customisation requests. Trust is important and alibaba provides it with Trade Assurance.

Quality was great, mix -up of communication for shipment time shipping is 3-5 days accurate however production time is separate from that and needs to be explained as well just to get better arrival date for item. No sizes are engraved on actual shoe so i had to figure it out on my own which was which. Other than that quality is 100 percent good and im happy with merchandise!
