Trade Assurance is a joke and they will side with Seller Every time. Seller threatened me personally and professionally for wanting to return bad product. I supplied Alibaba with threats and they still sided with seller. The Seller also sold me counterfeit items (all serial numbers are the same on product in shipment) and Alibaba sided Supplier. I supplied Alibaba with threats and they still sided with seller. I just wanted to return bad product. Sent Alibaba customers reviews, list of customers I had to refund and pay shipping on the returns and they still sided with Seller. Sellers proof was a video of him smiling and saying product worked and that was all they needed to rule in Sellers favor. Buyer beware!
