Never deal outside this platform, otherwise you will suffer a big lost if they sending you all the defect products. I have many experiences when ask for whatapps and email to sent quote direct to. End-up almost all the times i received rubbish stuffs and have no way to complaint or getting my money back. The only reply I get from them is "We will do better next time" and "replace you for your next order". Really? This is all they are very good to said... It's like a trap for you to keep order and more rubbish received. So when they said we will replace you in next order, my advise is just forget it DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP, because you won't get any result from it and ALWAYS DEAL WITHIN THIS PLATFORM.
