Eversince i shop here im always happy and satisfied by the receiving the product i have ordered, im lucky to have a very good supplier which we became friends despite of the distance apart and never had a chance to meet each other. We have built trust to each other, even sending greetings hi, hello, merry christmas despite of culture, ethnic and religion, and all other diffirences! For me these are the true essence of the successful business, its not just about finding and buying a good quality product nor meeting our qoutas on sales, profits, incentintives, but its all about the respect to each other between the suppliers and customers that will both benefit from it. To those suppliers whome my friends now as a result i became their sales representative here for free lol! But it does'nt matter to me coz im happy pushing their top of the line product and im happy to share my purchased, my savings, and friendship i've found here in alibaba! I have found Alibaba merchants offering nice deals, great quality while working with me to make the buying experience go smooth as possible. Shipping in 2020 has been a challenge at both ends yet we pulled it off several times. My large freight met issues that were resolve quickly with team work between seller and manufactures so that I could be happy in the end. Overall, compared to other sites used, Alibaba stays on top! Customer comes first and I like that.
But you have to be careful, some people try to bait and switch, others are basically non-responsive. But be smart, act accordingly and patience. You will meet the person that knocks your socks off.

This review is not so generous to Alibaba or it's sellers as my first.
We have made many purchase.
Been lied to, deceived by sellers, out right cheated to the tune of more then a thousand dollars, which for a small business is no small amount.
Please note not all sellers are shady we have also been treated well by a number of them.
Their "Trade Assurance" program from my personal experience is at best of questionable value no matter how much proof you may have or what the seller shows as the description. We have drastically slowed down our purchases because of this.
Here is some advice;
1) Pay to have sample product shipped to you for examination.
2) Ask more questions then you feel is necessary.
3) Insist in these questions being answered specific to the question not answered in generalities which they do frequently, a big red flag.
These questions are a pain to deal with because they seem incapable of answering more the one question at a time.
4) Be specific on what you require
Obviously be polite though understanding they are not your friend, all they want is your money, period...
I ordered 10,000 paper palette from this supplier. Everything went exceptionally well.
