Alibaba is a great place to order products. And to be honest, make sure to purchase a sample of the product before buying a large order of it because all products are not of great quality. You have to test the products out and see if you like it. There are some good factories out there that will work with you, they will customize your products and they'll do what they promise to do for you. My overall experience with Alibaba is okay.

Worst ever service I made a large order on the Alibaba site using their trade assurance. This mite work in countries closer to China though I am based in Australia and does not work. They autocomplete to say that you received the goods when you have 15 days after an Express order when wvery Express order takes over a month to receive here. Please be aware so you dont fall for the same trade assurance problems that I did

It's a good place to order from vendors however when a vendor does not give you your product or tracking number it's hard to get a refund. Alibaba.com advertise that they are secure place to place orders however I processed a refund request three time and has been denied stating that I should allow 50 days for product due to covid19. It has been 50 days already and I still have not received a tracking number or a refund. The seller does not respond and this site has not intervened or process my refund instead they have declined my refund request three times. Therefore I have to do it thur my bank
