This is my first time using Alibaba to get some products for my online business I am starting. The website was easy to use for beginners and It was very helpful for me to use "Gold Supplier" or Alibaba registered suppliers tool. So I can trust suppliers for the products and start the business relationships. On thing I was not sure was a shipping as a new business starter but the supplier was very helpful to explain all procedures and easy to understand the systems of shipping. Factory was very helpful and easy to communicate and quality of products are fantastic! My first order was European style kids summer hats. Thank you!

I had very little problem ( my fault) with placing my first order. The second one was a breeze. I received my first order in 4 days after it was placed. I will be ordering through them again.
The arbitration process sides with the supplier rather than the buyer, they will try their best to deflect all responsibility and try to place the blame elsewhere, I didn't expect this kind of service from Alibaba. Especially after all the claims of 30 days peace of mind etc that they promise to offer. We signed up for DDP service (which means the seller is responsible for the goods until they reach our door), even then Alibaba tried blaming the shipping company and asked us to claim from them. They have no moral compass.

BE VERY CARFULL! I placed an EXW order with this manufacturer and you know what that means, I am responsible for clearing customs. Well, it turns out that the lab test they provided me was valid… in 2017. My local customs authorities told me that they cannot accept this test, it is too old and needs to be renewed. They told me that the FDA had 6 amendments to their standards ever since this test was performed. I am very disappointed but there is nothing I could do because it was an EXW order, very smooth. I am now looking for another supplier and will be sure to be more carful next time.

Ordering from a vendor you have never met or heard of is very risky. Alibaba made the process seem less risky and offered a variety of different assurance products to help customers feel safe about their purchase. I will use them again and take advantage of their bid for shipping options.
