I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.
Dianne at the Aldo store on Queens Street welcomed us in with a cheery greeting and proceeded to answer all our questions about the shoes we were looking at, she suggested the different sizes that made a lot of sense. A truly awesome shoe shopping experience
I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear.
Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.
I purchased shoes from the Manhattan store, never looked at the bottom of the shoes. When I got home they were worn on the bottom, but the heels and sole are in good condition. My mother took pictures to show I did not wear them. I went to return that the Bay Ridge store, I explained to the young lady the issue, she then explained the issue to her manager whom did not want to hear what I was explaining to her and told me "Aldo would never sell shoes like that!" She told me I had to go back to the original store I purchased them. I felt she was claiming I wore them and was trying to return them. I will never purchase anything from Aldo and will not recommend this store to friends or family! Will go back to original store to see what they say.
I walked into Aldo Polo Park in winnipeg and the older man (about 50 yrs old) did not greet me whatsoever. He was on his phone for 5 whole minutes and when I interrupted his scrolling to ask for a size, he was extremely rude and made it feel like it was a hassle to get the size i wanted only for him to come back and tell me he doesn't have my size and went back to scrolling on his phone. When I had asked another employee for the same size in the same shoe, she politely helped me and brought out the size that the man said they didn't have.
Asking the timeline of shipment due to delay, the representative said when it's picked up by the courrier it'll be shipped, i asked again about the timeline, she/he said "please read what i just sent". WOW. I could only tell them the exact same line. Aldo your customer service quality sucks! Little to no training/their character quality sucks.
You are the worst store in the world! You canceled my order without any notification, I'll never buy nothing in this store anymore cause you're very irresponsible and nobody deserve this treatment that you gave to me. I needed to go to a store on dubai mall to know about my order and the manager promissed me that my order would come to me! If you don't have a product in your online store don't make me waist my time spending my money that I work hard to have and I was waiting for this products. I will repeat again: you're the worst store in the world and I'll never want to buy nothing from you!
I order a pair of shoe from and trying to return them because they are to big. These she must run big, so I tried to return them and the customer service lady told me that I couldn't return them because it was a final sale. I said what I'm I suppose to do with to big shoes. She told me to gift them to someone. Are you $#*!ing keeping me. I don't have money like that, but that was rude and unprofessional to say to someone. So Aldo Shoes you have lost a customer! I have been shopping with you all for years and never have had a problem like this. People should not have to keep a pair of shoe if they can't fit them. 😒
I went to the store to buy a pair of shoes for a party and try them on the night before the party and realize they were very uncomfortable. They feel fine in the store but when I got home the trailer mine they felt uncomfortable so I ended up wearing something else. The next day, I proceeded to return them at the store. Unfortunately, they told me that I couldn't return them because I've been worn and there's sticker on the back of it the shoe was lifted and it seemed there was a Chris on the shoes they never told me the policy in the beginning when I bought the shoes they never told me about the return policy which I should've asked him really bad customer service I will never buy from the store ever again thank you.
Hello, December 2022, I bought a pair of shoes that I started wearing only 2 weeks ago and they already broke ((( I am very dissatisfied with the "quality" for which I paid a lot of money! So it started out in aug 2019, I order a pair of shoes for an event online and once the shoes came they were dirty and used. The bottom of the shoe was gone. There were dirt by the toe area. So next I decided to try one more time for Black Friday. Well today I receive my shoes and received same style shoe but two different colors. I am so mad. I have another pair on it's way and I am regretting giving Aldo online any of my business. Never again. Called customer service and they told me that due to an exchange they cannot refund. Someone is going to do something today!
I made an order online to be picked up in store, went to collect my order and the packaging was disgusting not even in a box or decent bag then they're going to tell me that they dont give paper bags no more I can purchase it for a $1... had to walk out the store with everyone seeing my item
I ordered a pair of shoes and the bag to match for my daughter's graduation only to receive two bags. I am leaving in three days and was asked to drive 40 minutes to do the exchange. They do not offer overnight shipment so it looks as though I may not receive the shoes in time.
I requested to speak with a manager only to be told, I'll get a call back tomorrow. The representative was kind enough but as he exclaimed "nothing much we can do".

Received a gift of a burgundy tote bag. Barely used it and the straps started cutting away at the stitching. I have seen similar posts. Poor quality and waste of money. They do not stand behind their products!
Absolutely useless company. I bought some boots a month ago that took over two weeks to ship to a nearby store. It's now another two weeks since then and I somehow still haven't received a pickup notification. When I try to check my order status the page just crashes. What a scam.
I don't want to write the whole story because it's too long but let me put it like this. Their shoes are crap and fall apart & their customer service is beyond terrible... stay away and save yourself a headache and more importantly your money!

Bought ALDO's expensive RPPL sneakers, they started falling apart on the first wear. What is worse, their customer service has been stalling me for years, promising a refund that never comes. We have exchanged about 50 emails, Facebook messages etc. (with Mr. Wesley Barrett and others) and nothing. Is this a scam or a real company?
2143 has a worst customer service. Sales associate Vanessa was extremely rude and she and other associates gang up to mock me. Never going back in there again. I wrote to cooperate but haven't received anything from them till now. Very badly discriminated me.

If a product garners sufficient orders, it's fulfilled; otherwise, they resort to explanations such as "out of stock" or "product damaged." I have attached a screenshot where the wallet I ordered is still shown as available, but in my purchase list, its shown "not in good condition". Aldo's approach should mature to address these shortcomings.
