WARNING: DON'T SHOP AT ALDO, THE WEBSITE FOR ONLINE ORDER ORDERING IS TERRIBLE!

Three days ago in the morning, I placed an order for a final sale bag and a regular sale wallet. I was the first person to order the bag because I placed my order at soon as the bag showed up on the website and I placed my order at 7 am, how I knew that I was the first person to place my order is because I saw when they had all the quantities in the bag when I adjusted to see how many quantities they had. I ordered one quantity in the bag and wallet.

So that same day I placed the order, I noticed the wallet got shipped out in the afternoon, I was getting worried why the bag never got shipped, so i contacted customer service through live chat and they claim "don't worry you will get the bag, you just have to wait for them to ship your order, wait for them to send tracking information, you will not get an out of stock email".

So the next day, I noticed the bag still had not shipped out, and it literally made no sense. Then the day after, I notice the bag says "in transit" when I tracked the order on the website. However still did not see any tracking information and it made no sense again. So then I called customer service on the phone and another idiot from the crappy customer service said "don't worry you will get the bag, your not gonna get an out of stock email, you will most likely get the tracking information later on today or tomorrow because it says the bag is getting ready to ship out when i track your order on my screen".

Guess what? At 4 am, I got a bs lying email saying "item unavailable". I knew that email was nothing but bs. And that makes no sense, why would tracking information two days later after i I place the order, finally say "in transit" but never really was, and them the idiots at customer service claiming that I will get it just wait for them to ship out.

That also means that anyone who placed an order after me, didn't get the bag either, as I placed my order at 7 am three days ago, that just proves to show that the website lists products that they never even had in the first place for nobody. Making me think that I was going to get the bag but never did. Such bs. Nobody could get the bag because it was never available for anyone. But not that anyone wanted it anyway cause again nobody really cares for aldo bags. And I notice three website is also extremely inaccurate on product quantity. That same say I placed order for the bag, the website system kept "reducing" the quantities in the bag, like they want to make it seem like the bag is "selling" when it's not. There are no reviews anywhere online for the bag because nobody cares about it and nobody wants it.

I knew the bag wasn't "selling out" because again, nobody really cares for aldo bags. That also proves to show that the website is bs and inaccurate, listing products that they never had in the first place for nobody to buy.

I called again and told another dumb customer service rep everything that happened, and she was stupid too, all she lied saying was "it's a popular bag, i am sorry you had this bad online shopping experience, I will submit feedback that you really like this bag and that you want the bag but there's no guarantee that they'll bring back".

I didn't tell the dumb woman at customer service anything about submitting feedback and that doesn't do crap anyway cause they don't care about that anyway.

And I knew that was nothing but a bs lie when she said "it's a popular bag", she didn't know anything else to say but lie. That's a dam lie what she said because when I look the bag up online, there's not even any reviews on it like none on google product reviews and just overall no reviews for the bag online on any site, that's because nobody cares about it, meaning it never "sold out", the website is just inaccurate and lists products that they never even had. It's not "popular" cause none of aldo bags are because nobody really cares for aldo bags or stuff anyway.

The customer service reps dont know crap. They just say anything because they really don't know anything.

That literally was nothing but bs what they said, because they don't know anything else to say because they are dumb customer service associates that they have. There customer service is dumb and stupid.

And with all these bad reviews they have, I know not many ppl buying there stuff, nobody really cares alot the bags out shoes they sell. They don't "sell out" on nothing cause nobody cares about it.

Just nothing but fake false advertising and lies they use.

There website and whatever crappy system they use for it, is terrible and doesn't know $#*! and extremely inaccurate. Why list a bag on the website that you never had in the first place that nobody could buy to begin with?

And of course aldo bags and shoes are NOT "selling out" cause nobody really cares for aldo stuff, that's why when you to go aldo store, you dont see many customers that's cause nobody cares for aldo stuff, and you definitely don't see anyone buying handbags there like hardly anyone.

Aldo handbags are way worse cheap poor bad quality anyway and kurt geiger bags are way better quality and kurt geiger bags are better than aldo bags. Who do you see wearing an aldo bag? Hardly nobody, most are wearing kurt geiger bags and nobody really wearing the extremely expensive designer bags like the expensive designer brands like lv, etc. cause nobody reetc. Cares about those either and they aren't better cause there is no best bag. But I do know for a fact that aldo bags aren't good and hardly nobody wears.

Won't shop there ever again.

Worst online customer service

Just want to start by saying that one of my favorite pair of boots I have is from Aldo, which I bought about 4 years ago. This is why I decided to order another pair of boots from them on their cyber Monday sale. I also found a pair of flats online that I wanted, yet when I tried to place the order I found out that they dont ship to Hawaii. So I changed the option to "ship to store" but it still didnt work (deceiving). So I had to go into the hawaii store to place my order, and because they're shipping to hawaii I had to pay $12 shipping fee (which is steep but I was fine with). They were out of the boot I wanted but had the flats so I just ordered that. Next morning, I found another pair or boots I wanted instead, so called customer service to see if I could add it to my flats order since it didnt ship yet. Customer service guy told me he couldnt do anything and that I would have to work with the hawaii store (what's the point of having customer service if they cant modify/change the order). So I drove back to the store to place the order, and I was charged another $12 shipping fee. That night, i got a confirmation email saying both my orders were placed on the same day (tuesday) and had been processed, so essentially I paid a total of $24 for shipping when aldo would be shipping both my items to me at the same time. I tried chatting with online customer service agent named Robert A. Cruz and he was VERY rude, kept telling me that i didnt pay any shipping charges and the emails that I had were mistakes (email receipts from the store) and that i was mistaken. I told him I'm not mistaken, i have the email receipts to prove it, then he kept asking if I saw those charges on my bank statement. I said yes I do see them on my bank statement, but that didnt matter because I have the email receipts showing the shipping fee charges. He then gives me his email *******@aldogroup.com and tells me to email the receipts to him. I did and he said one moment while he checks, then the chat suddenly ended (probably cause he saw he was wrong and didnt know how to do his job). I tried calling hawaii store and they said to call corporate office. I called corporate office again the next day and the lady was calm, but kept telling me that they are two separate orders, but are being shipped from the same warehouse and to the same delivery address and since it was already shipped there was nothing she could do. (Order was only processed not shipped). I only wanted a refund of $12 cause I dont think it's right that I paid them $24 for shipping when they're shipping my items together, which only costs them $12. At this point I'm so put off by Aldo and def dont wanna have anything more to do with them. The only reason for the 1 star is because the in-store associate who helped me was super nice. After I receive my orders (which after reading other reviews I wouldnt be surprised if it takes super long or comes damaged) I dont ever wanna give aldo any more of my money. If anyone is thinking of ordering online from Aldo, DONT. The headache you'll get is not worth it. Stick with the in-store items.

Worst customer service ever and unprofessional at all

Worst customer service I have ever received at fairlane mall rude, unbelievable how they act and racist, I'll not buy anymore from this store, unprofessional and disrespectful, they talk behind the customers and a rude lady helped me today she was rude/she gave me attitude plus she was eating frieswhile she is grabbing my shoes and her hands was nasty and disgusting she is helping customers and eating fries at the same time at fairlane mall today ewwwwww that's so nasty and they don't care abt the customers if they need any help, today I was there for more than 20 minutes and no one asked me if I need help Bcz they were busy chillin and laughing behind the cash and making fun abt customers, always they are lazy asses employees and when I asked for the manager everyone they will tell you lol they are the manager so they have just managers there and no employees?! Liars
They don't knw how to charge and always messed up with transactions be careful guyssss they will charge u extra I will rate this store and give them 0 unprofessional place from employees store manager, to head office, to district manager. Will definitely let others know about situation, and most definitely take my service elsewhere! TERRIBLE Store everrrrrr and all the employees has attitude esp at fairlane mall and even they don't deserve any rate or star I have to rate them bcz it's required they have to do training and learn how to do customer service and to be more professional

I ordered a pair of shoes on Sunday, February 17,2019 (1 week from today). I got home today and still didn't receive my package. I went online and tracked my order and it said it has not been shipped out. I called customer service number about this issue because it's been a week already. And the website says that it takes 1-2 business days to ship out. The rep then informed me that my ordered has been cancelled and that I have to go into the store for a refund. I am very upset because I didn't get any type of cancellation notification. I informed her that I purchased my shoes from Williamsburg and I do not stay in the area. She said that she can process the refund over the phone but it'll take up to 5 business days! (ANOTHER ISSUE) I asked to speak with a manager and she told me to call back tomorrow. That's was not an option for me being that I have been waiting for my shoes longer than expected. I asked again for a manager and she transferred me to Laurie who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Kept saying that she's making an "exception" for me to process my refund over the phone because they don't do this! Exception!? How is that exception? Aldo took MY money but CANCELED my order and DIDNT send me a cancellation notice and you going to say you are making an exception to give me MY MONEY back. She insisted that the system automatically sends out a cancellation email. Which I find it strange that I receive every other email from Aldo but didn't get this one! I also think it's strange that your website states that my order has not been shipped. It says NOTHING about it being canceled. I also asked for discount on my next order due to this being the 4th time that I ordered from Aldo and they screwed EVERY ORDER up somehow. She offered me a 15% discount. Which to me is UNEXCEPTIONABLE! Then she said 20% is the most can do! I'm not accepting 20% and then have to wait until you guys process my money back. Your shoes are already on the higher end in pricing 15-20% is nothing but tax! The manager Laurie wouldn't budge, didn't show any type of consideration that Aldo shoes screwed up once again! She was very rude and need some training on how to handle a customer who have complaints when we are spending our money! And she still didn't process my refund! I will call back again tomorrow morning and speak with someone one! But in the mean time I will go on every website google have for Aldo shoes and leave a review. I'm tired of spending my money on companys that do not appreciate us customers!

Ordered a pair of shoes online and only received ONE side!?

Ordering with Aldo and dealing with their customer service altogether is HORRIBLE. I ordered a pair of shoes online only because it wasn't available in my local stores. I was very excited to receive this product. Why is it that when I received it there was only ONE shoe in the box? Seriously? How does that EVEN HAPPEN? What's worse is their "customer service". When I called my local store they referred me to customer service. When I called customer service they gave me a reference number, stating that once I provide the number I can pick up the other shoe at my local Aldo store. When I called BACK my local store they IGNORED my call. I called for 20+ minutes. Frustrated at this point I called the MALL to TRANSFER me to Aldo. Guess what? Someone answered within moments. What kind of people are they hiring here? They then told me they don't have the shoe and referred me to the next closest store which is out of my city. When I called the store and told them of the reference number they turned me away and said they can't do anything without an E-MAIL? So what good was the reference number? I had to call back customer service AGAIN (on hold for 20 MINUTES) for them to provide the email. So now I have to go OUT OF MY WAY to pick up a pair of shoes that I PAID for and only received ONE SIDE!? Why couldn't they just deliver the shoe to my home directly or at least send it to my nearest store to make this INCONVENIENCE somewhat more convenient? When I asked if they could do that they said "Unfortunately no". Well "unfortunately" this is my LAST time dealing with Aldo and I will make it my duty to let others know of this.
