I ordered the Brixton patent loafers (the shiny ones) in a size 7, and received one that I ordered and one in a different fabric. I was told to take them to my nearest store to return/ exchange them. After 20 minutes of trying to find the order number (since the printed receipt had a different order number than the emailed receipt) they were going to ship the correct pair to my house. When the "new pair" arrived, they were the completely WRONG shoes. This time, a pair of size 12 boots called the "Fitzgerald", so not even close in name. I will be returning these AGAIN for a full refund and would never bother ordering from here again. What a careless disaster that could be avoided if people would take their time to double check their work. The fact that the printed receipt comes INSIDE the shoe box and they have still been the wrong shoes twice goes to show they do not double check to make sure they're shipping the correct product. 0 Stars from me, will never order here again.
I've been trying to reach the customer service for 2 days by chat by call by everything waiting 1 hour on the phone and no one is answering and they took my money until now I did not receive any information or any updates or anything from 8 days very bad service if I can put 0 star I will do it
I don't think it's worth the $$$, but their styles are gorgeous. It's definitely worth it during sales though... so, sort of stuck in between for the ratings.
My boyfriend, however, ordered several pairs of shoes online and the sizes were ridiculously smaller than what he intended. Highly suggest you go to the store to purchase to get the best fit.
When I bought the shoes the I used for my vacation I never meant to return it, but the botton of the right shoe came off. When I went to the store Aldo in Victoria Garden, this guy told me: if you don't have the receipt, nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back" I want another exact shoes. But it didn't work.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered shoes and have been waiting over a month. Reached out and asked them to cancel order. They told me they're out of stock and they'll send me the shows when they're in stock. At month two I asked again for them to cancel order, at the very least let me buy other shoes and I'll pay the difference. They still refused and can't give me even a ballpark estimate of when the shoes will come. No refund. No shows. Makes no sense. Will never buy from them again and will spread the word wherever I can.
I can't say enough about how fab they are.

I returned an item. They passed my credit card and said it's done. I called the customer service. They say 5 days. I asked for quick investigation. They took my name, email, recipt number, ….,, They said 7 days!
I said I will be leaving the country tomorrow, your 1-888 will not work. I want my money back or a supervisor to call me and explain. Florence, the customer service hung up on me.
Also, even at the store they wanted my email and they would not reimburse if I didn't have one. Thank god my grand mother didn't go to return their item.

I regret it one thousand times that I purchased online from Aldo. Unfortunately when I got my order I found out that the size was too small and had to sent it back. It's been one month since they got my parcel back ( I tracked it online), but the customer service says the same *******@ck... ng thing all the time that they haven't been informed from their warehouse that they received it, even though I sent them the proof of delivery. They don't want to refund my money on purpose!
It's my worst purchasing experience ever!
I bought a purse for my mother from Aldo accessories at the Yorkdale Mall in Toronto on Aug 24,2022 and for starters one the store reps was extremely dry and rude, I left from the store feeling uncomfortable because of their behaviour but to top it off today when I see my receipt - I have been charged for the carry bag, typically the cashier asks you if you need a carry bag and additionally informs how much it costs. But here was no such information shared or questions asked, they just packed the purse in a "tote" and handed it to me. It's not about the cost of the carry bag but about the credibility - we trust you as consumers to disclose costs before charging us, this is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Ordered 3 shoes from Aldo USA, one got canceled after waiting for 2 weeks without any news at all. The other one was shipped a month later and guess what? Still they shipped me the wrong pair from what I ordered. Reading all this reviews about how bad their customer service was I don't think I want to deal with them anymore. I bought total 400$ shoes and the one that they didn't shipped was supposed to be 40% discounted when you bought 2 pairs.
Shame for such a brand, their website's prices also keep on changing all the time.
I bought a handbag and the quality was very bad. A few days after acquiring it, the material of the clasp began to came off. And not only that, it didn't even take a month for the fastener on the strap to come loose and because of the way it was designed, it doesn't have any type of repair.
Horrible experience with Aldo. I purchased a pair of heels from the website and part of the strap was torn off. It was obvious the shoes were not new. I called customer service and spoke with Bianca she tells me all they can do is process a refund if I drive to the store which is an hour away from my house. The major problem with this other then the fact that this is a huge inconvenience to drive to the store, which does not even have the shoes in the size I need; is these shoes were supposed to be a gift for a friend. By the time I received them it was too late to exchange them and get the new pair in time. Very disappointed.
I bought my husband a pair of driving Mocs about a year ago. Within a month holes on both toes appear. I thought maybe this was just a one-time thing and we've gotten a weird pair. So I ordered the exact same shoe online 110.00. The second pair did the exact same thing with in 6 weeks holes in both toes. It's a design flaw in a big way. They said since I didn't return these within 90 days there's nothing they could do. Obviously I'll never buy Aldo Shoes again because they're cheap and poorly made.
Ordered Aldo bag from their website on 50% sale. Order was never delivered and no communication sent to the registered email/mobile number. When explicitly inquired for the order status over the call, Aldo said the order has been cancelled due to unforseen situation and the refund is initiated and we can not send you a replacement of an order. If you want the order again, you can place a new order.
It looks like aldo tries to cheat customer by first luring them to place an order during the sale and then cancel the and ask if you really want the order you can place the order again from the website (when the sale is already over) and pay the actual amount.
This was never expected from a big brand like Aldo. My recommendation is to never buy any product from aldo website.
The styles are cute, but I spent $95 on a pair of sandals that are already falling apart after the third wear. Not only that, they are making really loud noises. I sent the first pair back, and they sent me a new pair, but now this pair is making the noises again. They also rubbed my feet so much I got a blister. Really bad quality items, not worth the price. I won't be shopping here anymore. The style sandal I got was Abearith in white.
I would never ever recommend this store for anyone to shop. The so called store manager was so rude, sarcastic and dismissive. She used foul language (Italian swear words) and laughed several times when I was talking to her. The store manager removed her mask several times to laugh with her colleague and her persona was so immature and unprofessional. My Shoes were too small I needed to exchange the shoes (a Christmas gift) and as mentioned this was her attitude and behaviour. On two occasions she behaved this way to myself and my husband! Never ever go to this store. Don't give your money to such a company who can hire such awful ill mannered staff!
Three days after confirming my internet order, ALDO sends an email saying, sorry the item you ordered is out of stock. And ". It may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund."
Reputable businesses do not charge the customer's account until they ship the order. Neither do they take 3 days to determine that an item is out of stock.
I purchased a shoes from Aldo and worn them just once. The shoes hurt my leg very badly, because of the poor material.I had a wound on my both legs, and I couldn't recover for two months. I asked the customer service for a refund, but they told me they can't do anything, because they been worn. How can you try the shoes without wear them? I provided pictures to customer service with the proof I wear them just once and didn't expect that they will hurt my leg so badly!I feel frustrated that the company doesn't take care about their customers! That's not fair to sell poor quality product for such a high price! I was regular customer, but from now on I am not going to buy anything from them!

Ordered a bunch of earrings, some of them came missing a few, some of them are broken. Terrible packaging. In store custom service ask me if I take an unblocking video?! On top of that I was not allowed to return earrings no matter what. When I check out online, the website did not remind me the earrings are final sale. I will post this with my social media apps and void this company in all cost!
Don't get them, they're cute but they got slightly wet as shoes do and the brown held onto my feet and it ruined my new carpet. They were given to me as a gift and I don't have a receipt so I can't return them. I contacted Aldo to let them know but they won't do anything about it without the proof of transaction. Huge disappointment for a $67.00 item, this is the quality you can expect from this company now.
