Placed two orders online for one pair of the black suede Cassidy shoes. First order, shoe had scuffles all around it, and my hands would turn powdery black each time i touched the shoes. Went to the mall, and showed the Aldo manager the defected shoes. She too couldn't believe how bad of a shape they were in. Unfortunately, the store did not have my size so we had to order it online again. When the shoes arrived the second time around, it was the same thing all over again. I just got these shoes in the mail too. Can't believe the store could make the same mistake twice, and all they can do is give you $15 off after spending almost two hours on the phone with customer service including waiting to get someone. I ordered 5 bags only received 3 one buy and I'm missing 2 and they say one is available then they say it's not they shipping it's bad and now the bag isn't available I won't get my money til 10 business days after all it's a customer that get hurt waiting please be careful before you buy
An employee attempted to snatch an item out of my hand! She claimed to want to place it for a display but I had two items in my hands. She was so rude and her actions were so off putting that I chose to leave without purchasing either and do not plan on ever returning! The can keep their products and staff!
I would give no stars if I could. I'm a sz 11. They carry it in the larger stores in the larger cities. But near me they barely scrape past sz 9.
I have had to go 3 times to place an order because they never actually ordered the shoes I wanted to TRY ON the first two times. The associates are never helpful until basically torn away from rearranging already perfect shelves and staring into the far distance from the front counter.
When they were ordered I learned Aldo charges full price to bring shoes into their location just do someone can try them on and say whether they like them or not. It's not like I had them ordered to my home or even knew if they fit right. That just strips the fun out of shopping. I'm already a large size. Don't make it worse then it already is. Be happy I'm willing to drive to the nearest location and deal with horrible customer service just to find an okay pair of shoes.
Horrible customer service over the phone. Worst store service at the Town center mall in Boca Raton. Late delivery and no one cares at all about the client.
Nightmare experience with then, won't come back or recommend to anybody.
I don't think it's worth the $$$, but their styles are gorgeous. It's definitely worth it during sales though... so, sort of stuck in between for the ratings.
My boyfriend, however, ordered several pairs of shoes online and the sizes were ridiculously smaller than what he intended. Highly suggest you go to the store to purchase to get the best fit.
Bad experience... I ordered a mini bag the bag was great but there were no hooks on the sides for the extra strap that came with it to go,, Ordered another bag and a scarf the scarf came at at an earlier date and the purse hasn't came yet I don't understand why they wouldn't have been processed and shipped together.?
Dianne at the Aldo store on Queens Street welcomed us in with a cheery greeting and proceeded to answer all our questions about the shoes we were looking at, she suggested the different sizes that made a lot of sense. A truly awesome shoe shopping experience
My experience in the Deerborn Michigan location was terrible today sales employee Khadijah was having a bad day. Poor Customer Service poor communication made my shopping experience terrible which I still bought. Six items I will no longer shop at that location.
Strange to see not so positive reviews on here given that this brand has been good to me for years. Recently bought two pairs of sunglasses I have been hunting down when I lost em overseas. They came wrapped carefully and arrived on time. I highly recommend Aldo for their good shoes as well when I had purchased boots in the past. I have loved this brand for years and will keep coming back for their impeccably stylish and affordable designs.
So I went in this Aldo's and met a lovely Asian manager named Kelly who treated me better than the salespeople at Gucci. So much so that i brought my family back just on the strength of Kelly and they bought a few shoes and purses. Great service, Awesome merchandise and hospitality. Love her! I will always stop in that location if i am ever in Soho moving forward. I travel from Connecticut to shop in NY.
Horrible service when you want to return an item. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my return label. They say it's quick and easy, no, it's not. I'm not happy with their customer service, was hung up on when I asked if theres anything else they can do. I'm not ordering from them again.
Never buy from aldo worst service ever. When customer go for buying they said it's good and also told warranty for life time. But when we take back they puts their hand up. Please waste of money in aldo never buy from it.
I've ordered multiple times online from Aldo shoes and have had my order at my house in a reasonable time, no issues. It may seem pricey but the quality is good. I have shoes from 5 years ago and they still are in great condition&yes I wear them often:-)
I just received a pair of used $140 boots in the mail. They were a replacement to a gift as their Euro sizes don't fit anyone who falls in the 1/2 size range. The boots I received were scratched, dirty bottoms, threads coming off the inside and they came tied and double knotted, and with visible creases on the right boot. The only thing the company offered was 25% for buying another pair online and returning the used boots back to the store for a 7-10 day refund. Really?! Will be returning the boots and staying far away from Aldo's from now on.
They never have my size and by any chance if they do, the shipping speed is so slow. But, in my experience particularly, they generated ups shipping label and haven't shipped the package even after two business days. So when I asked to cancel the order since they are yet to hand over it ups, they refused to do that saying system won't allow it. Also not to mention how long it takes for support person to answer and even worse is the return process, which too takes long and very inconvenient.
I bought a bag august 19 for $60 and on sept 4 the price drop to $29. They don't care about the inconvenience that the customer had, I feel really cheated. I will never buy any products from them again. A lot of better product out there and threat their customer better.
I'm in emirates mall tried to refund some items, and the sales person name Sweet just took my credit card and made picture from both side! When I asked why she did this, she said it's policy. Without any explanation she just got full information of my card! And after that she was so rude! From beginning she tried to push me to take gift card and I won't it, and this is my right! Very poor quality of service, never going back to this shop!
If I could give no stars I would. My package was delivery a store that doesn't answer the phone and closes earlier upon me driving 35 min there to get the package. Now it's going into two days and I still don't have an item I paid for and all customer service can tell me is to wait? I will never ever ever order a item and have it sent to the store again! And as far as customer service department they are no help what so ever giving me a 15% off doesn't excuse my time that has been wasted let alone my gas. If you don't have enough workers to keep the store open to business hours or to answer the phone then class the damn store permanently
Poor quality, high prices. What a horrible customer service the worst ever: the item was lost and one month late, I had to run around the whole street to find it as courier left the wrong address on the card, impossible to talk on the phone or chat, had to wait days for email replies all the time, now that the shoes are returned and I can track it, another month to wait to refund. Horrible, never again will I ever buy anything from Aldo
