I just bought brown shoes from Aldo. One big spot showed up on one pair. Went to store they say nothing they can do they say soap or some sanitizer could cause this but shoes I had white beaten up no probmel

Hello my name is Mamie Torain and I purchased two purses at your ALDO outlet at the Cincinnati Premium Outlet in February. One of my bags that I love is starting to tear at the handles. It has not torn all the way thru so I will discontinue use because I do not want it to completely tear. What are my options?
