We are completely satisfied with the carport we purchased online! It was delivered and installed within the time frame as promised! It serves our needs perfectly!

I cannot give Alansfactoryoutlet positive feed back as they are dealers for Carolina Carports who after 4 months from my original order, I still do NOT have a completed garage installed. Very POOR customer Service.

Heaven forbid any thing goes wrong! Good luck getting ahold of anyone by phone. Nothing wrong with merchandise, Coustomer service leaves much to be desired.

This is the only way to design your own building. Use the online tool, make it yours and watch it get delivered and installed exactly as you designed it.

During the process there was confusion on total cost as added "hurricane feature" was necessary. The delivery was much longer than originally anticipated. The product though met my approval.

I was pleased with the service and impressed with the short time of installation! My 24' X 30' carport was installed in one afternoon and one morning. The three guys were finished before 10:00 AM.

Only complaint is I paid for 8 mobile home anchors and 4 of them they used was drive in type and not screw in. I guess they were out on the truck and used what they had.

Love the carport. Have not had to scrape my windshield once. The crew that put it up were fantastic. They did it quickly. They cleaned up when they were done. Very happy with Alans.
