Delivery was slower than I would have liked but the product is great would recommend to others. I have had numerous compliments on my building and plenty of people asking where I got it from.

Customer service to this point is 100%, a rare thing these days. Look forward to rest of the project. Fast forward a couple months... we love our carport, it has made our lives much easier!

Seems simple, longer wait time than I expected but real close to time frame that I was given for delivery date the contractor,got after it and installed the building in a short amount of time,

The website is very easily navigated and the buying process easy. My only suggestion would be to give a visual of the actual item purchased with the custom changes. Thanks.

Website pretty informative and easy. Very satisfied with the carport and service. I highly recommend this company. Only thing they could improve upon is the time between ordering and installation.

Looking forward to seeing your crew, so I can finally receive my Car Port. It's been 4 months now since I ordered and I was not told at time of ordering it would take this long for delivery.

Generally everything was great, delivered as expected. The only negative was that the installers showed up with a generator that didn't work and had to use ours all day.

The guys installing it were a little behind getting to my house because of rain. In the rain they still installed the garage and did not get done until 8 pm.

THIS WAS THE ONLY SITE I FOUND WITH FULL DETAILS ON EVERY ASPECT OF THE PURCHASE ALONG WITH PRICING. My only complaint is the quality of work. The installers did not have the right equipment and the metal is cut poorly around the entire base of the building. Also minimal screws were used to assemble the building and even a neighbor commented on the hasty construction.

Very easy to deal with so far. Delivery was past 90 days, was told i would get 10% discount, they gave me 5% discount and the man on the phone was rude.

I originally went with Alan's because they had the best price. I would recommend them to others now because of the professionalism, customer support, and follow through.

First carport was great, the one in question would not do again

I was very satisfied, it was every thing I thought it would be. You have a good crew doing the set up, they were on time, friendly, and did good work.

Very easy to find and order what you need. I received it in the timeline that they gave. They kept in touch with me as well. The men did a quick and excellent job in setting up my carport.

The bracing was correct... The installation crew did a great job and I am very pleased with my carport, or in my case my boat port.

I thought they were great. Great product - great price - superb customer service. They made everything really perfect. The only thing that would have been better is better instructions on assembly.

The delivery personnel were courteous and professional. Complete installation only lasted two and a half hours. The dimensions where spot on. The color great. Thank you.
