This is the worst online shopping experience I have had and I have used a few! They were always quick to respond when I was putting in the order and kept me informed when they were tailoring. However the shipping was an issue. They used TNT which is not the best. It got stuck at the TNT warehouse for 3weeks and Adoring Dress were not helpful at all! When I contacted them on 2 occasions, 2 different agents gave me names of 2 different shipping companies that were used, not TNT, but always with the same shipping tracking number, which of course I couldn't track because they had given me the wrong shipping companies on these two occasions! I paid for the shipping of the dresses at the time I paid for the dresses, yet had to pay TNT again! I am so angry with Adoring Dress and will not use them again and will not recommend to any of my friends either. Absolutely NO STAR from me.

I ordered a dress from AdoringDress, the dress was pretty but did not fit properly, I notified them and all they would do was have me send pictures, which I did numerous times, the day of my event was approaching and I still did not have a dress, again I notified them, send pictures again, not once did they say return for a proper size nothing, just send pictures. I had to have a dress so I started looking for a dress while still notifing them, I was forced to purchase another dress and now I have the other as well, I notified them and all they said was there was nothing they could do. I am not happy with their service and will continue to contact them til maybe they can refund me some of what I paid for their dress...

I was more than pleased with the customer service department of Adorning Dress. They made sure that the dress is dispatched on time and took care of the shipping as well. The dress when arrived was so well packed, that I did not want to unpack it. Very beautiful dress and just as the one I had seen in the picture.
The customer service people at Adorning Dress is very obliging and come forth to help you out, answering all your queries. From my emails to calls, they made sure they answer me on time and did never get delayed with reverting back to me. They made sure to make me understand things and i am definitely satisfied with Adorning Dress.

The best part about them is, if they are about to get a bit late, they make sure to inform and apologize abotut he inconvenience. While in the case of other websites, once you are done with the purchasing part, the service somewhat is no more available. But Adorning Dress are until now, one of the best of online dress websites I have come across, the rate is so cheap and affordable by everyone. You actually have something for everyone here.

I WAS SCARED AT FIRST...

I bought a dress from adoring dress I was scared because of what I heard from people and what I read on reviews. But I am glad I did that because there were positive and negative reviews although no one complained about the quality and oh yes it can still be improved.
I am glad I ordered from Adoring Dresses I do not regret anything I am actually over the moon. The delivery time was as expected and as promised but honestly speaking I prayed for everything to be in order and it all went well. I am from South Africa living in Pretoria AND YES IF YOU HAVE FAITH DO THE SAME buy from Adoring Dress. Thank you... Thank you... I bought a beautiful prom dress off Adoring dresses, so I thought. I still have not received it and I can't seem to get ahold of ANYONE over email and they do not give you a phone number to call. I emailed them and told them I'd like my money back and they can just keep their dress, if they even have any, and I'd find a dress somewhere else. Also, they do not tell you while you're checking out but you may pay for express shipping but it take 25-35 BUISNESS DAYS for them to tailor the dress. Which is why I wanted my money back because my prom is only about 20 days away, if that. I didn't find that out until days after I bought it because they don't tell you that. So overall I suggest you DO NOT buy a dress from this site.

Adoringdress makes shipping dress really wonderful and had affordable prices as well. I got my dress yesterday and love it so much. I will trust them and use them in future.

When I got my dress it was not the color pictured on the website. I ordered it in Champagne and it was a yellow color with a tint of orange. It was also not the dress pictured. It was a designer knockoff. When I contacted customer service, I was advised in order to get the color I wanted I had to re-order my dress in a different color and return the other dress to them at my expense which was $105.00 to ship from SC to China. I was then told after they received the dress I would get a refund minus 20% for a restocking fee. My dress was not custom made. I just ordered a normal size off the website. I did not give any measurements in my order. So my "cheap $250 dress" cost me $400. I could have bought the designer dress from a bridal boutique in the US and it would have been made with a higher quality of lace and real beading for $600. (The dress from adoring dress does not have beading or pearls, just sewn on translucent sequins) I am very disappointed and now cannot afford to buy another wedding dress and am stuck with this one.

I bought a wedding dress for my daughter when we got it it didnt look nothing near what we ordered. The dress came way to big for a standerd size 2. It looked like a fat womens dress on her. The ribbon on dress was wider and the bow omg it was so big it went from hip to hip and looked like a costume when it was suppose to be a small bow. Then the cost of shipping was twice as much as dress. So i tryed to reture it and they would only give me 80% of what I paid for the dress and I had to pay the shipping cost back to them. In the end i would have paid double just for a small return! All the picures are decieving of what you actually get. Very mad cause now my daughter has no wedding Dress.so actually my ratting for this site is a negative star! I also turned them in to the esomer.com and made a report on how 100% garentee is not 100% its not even 80%. Satifaction
