All in all very happy with everything, they allow PayPal payment and their customer service emailed me many times until I got my email. Delivery was faster than expected, package was shipped in a good condition and the dress was beautiful just as shown in the pictures. Very pleased with my dress. I even took pictures wish I could upload on their website.

I've had this horrible experience with the fact that i get no response from anybody! It's frustrating to know that i didn't even get an email confirmation. I tried contacting them many times, still no response from them and I don't know when my dress will arrive. I have to go off by the website in what status it is. With that being said I log in to my account sometimes my order history is there sometimes it's not! Horrible service and i still haven't received my dress! Wondering if the dress is as bad as the service! Save the hassle!

Beautiful doesn't do justice when describing how gorgeous this dress is. The seller was excellent in communicating with me and was extremely friendly! The quality of the lace and material for the dress is superb and the dress fits perfectly! I highly recommend customizing the dress. Worth every penny. I can't believe that such a beautiful and high quality dress was so affordable! Can't wait to wear this dress at my wedding reception! From the time I ordered the dress to receiving it took only 4 weeks. Everything about this order exceeded my expectations.

I ordered my wedding dress and then got super scared after reading the reviews. But I was super happy when it arrived. I dont think it looks cheap, except for the beading. Luckily mine is just a very small one so it doesnt matter. The dress fits perfectlz - i sent my own measurements. The train is not detachable or anything so I am going to the seamstress to figure something out so I can dance. I got this dress in less than 3 weeks after i pressed the order button. The lace on the bottom part holds on just enough to survive one wedding.

The dress is beautifully crafted and worth every penny. It took about a month to be delivered to me, which I waited anxiously everyday for any updates. It was well worth the wait though. I ordered a standard size, which fit perfectly, though I could benefit from taking an inch or two from the bottom so it doesn't drag on the ground. But that's my own fault for not doing custom sizing. There weren't any pictures of the back of the dress, but it's solid like the front but with a keyhole button on the back. There's also a zipper on the left side of the dress, but I didn't realize this until the third time I was trying it on, which is pretty typical of me, haha. I would highly recommend this dress (be sure to order plenty of time before your event.) Overall, I'm very happy with my dress and would order again.

I knew that I wanted to order one of adoring dress, but I couldn't make up my mind on one, so I went a little unconventional and let my partner make the final decision. And let me tell you we are super impressed and so happy with this dress! The fit is incredible, the fabric is perfect and the craftsmanship is spot on. Not to mention the production and shipping was so quick. Alex was so nice and responsive to my email questions and I have to say that of all the wedding decisions, this was one that I felt confident in from the beginning and am totally happy with now that I have received the product. It really feels classic and beautiful and sexy all at the same time. It's something I will absolutely hold onto.

Don't do it! Do not order from this site. You will not receive what you ordered. We ordered a wedding gown that was suppose to have beautiful jeweled detail - it looked like something that a child would sew on. It had a total of 6 jewels and the rest were small beads. The material was suppose to be organza but was a very thin sheet like material and it had pin holes in the material. I have not heard back from them on the resolution.

It was the first time of purchasing any dressesat online stores and i was not sure and worried. After giving it a very careful thought and reading a lot of reviews, i decided to take a risk. Adoringdress didn't make me disappointed. I opened the bag with a skeptical feeling BUT... when i saw it i fell in love with it. I tried it out as soon as possible and i was so satisfied with the way it fit my body. I m a 5,6" and 152 lbs. it was true to size and the color was true to the pictures.

I can't tell enough how beautiful, elegant and graceful this dress is.
And, yes the dress arrived on time.

I ordered a dress and was super excited about finding what I wanted. Paid for my order, and was tracking my shipment on TNT another disaster no customer service what so ever. TNT requested my proof of payment and invoice supplied by Adoring Dress 5 times. After weeks of continues requests from TNT they finally tell me that Adoring Dress supplied a false invoice on the shipment. Now I'm liable for a penalty, Adoring Dress are laughing at me and the frustration is high. If they are this dishonest, what is the quality of the dress going to be.
