There is a number and email on the site. They never answer the phone and when they respond to email its not guaranteed they will make the change you ask for. My dress came just as I ordered it originally. But the changes I asked for afterwards weren't made. Still well worth it though. I loved my dress and total alterations were R500. Just changed the zip to lace up and replaced the straps.

No! Sorry I did not keep the #, I can tell you it was a nightmare trying to get them to do the right thing and they never kept a word they said about the return or refund process, good luck to you

Only what I received on the package. When I bought the dresses I purchased because it said it was coming out of Nevada. When I got the box I was like Umm I didn't order anything from China. Honestly you are better off going to an actual store. It is cheaper in the long run and there are always coupons or discounts you can find.
