Sizing is great and comfortable the material is wonderful as well
The sizes were all over the place. The merchandise pig for me was sketchy at best. The prices of the items are so far out and delusional. I couldn't believe it I was charged twice. I don't like anything that I received except for the bras.
The products are pretty and top quality. What you see is what you get. I love the convenience, and the shipping is always on time.

I purchased this for a special occasion. I paid extra for expedited delivery which should have arrived 5 days before event. The item was not shipped until the day of my event so needless to say it didn't arrive in time. Adore Me refused to refund the extra money paid for expedited shipping and there response was basically "our website information is incorrect" when I pointed out the timeframes clearly listed on the website. Adore Me refused to accept responsibility for their false advertising.

Everytime I order online there is a shipping delay. But when purchased in store my experience is great.
Loved the look and the fit! Wish I could mix and match sizes for tops and bottoms, but I really wanted the tops more than anything anyways.

Large order was cancelled by Adore Me, however when I called to inquire as to why it was explained. Then the order was split, double checked, and re-submitted. It arrived just fine. The wife and myself do not think some of the products get fair re3presentation due to the choice of models.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
