I keep writing these reviews cause I can't get over how amazing this stuff is. Ordered one set and I was hooked now I own 8. Every time I order I get my sets almost immediately. I use them daily and they last through the wash and everything. Can't get enough. Will keep ordering more until I own every set!

I ordered about 5 pieces for my wife. After a week of no tracking number of updates I searched online for customer service. All I found was an email address. Emailed and nicely asked for a tracking number. Didn't hear anything back for another 5 days. At that point they simply said there email was down and that I would get an email with the tracking number soon... OH and FYI all the stuff you ordered but 1 item is actually being sent we're out of the rest. Told them to just cancel my order then... Still haven't heard back from them. Found a customer service number but just hangs up on you after an hour of hold time. I've since then emailed multiple more times with no reply. They STOLE MY MONEY AND STILL HAVEN'T SENT ANYTHING IN OVER 2 WEEKS!

Wearing a 38E it's almost impossible to find a bra that fits and looks good. But this bra does it all. I'm so happy. Can't wait to buy more. The selection is amazing!
My whole ordering experience was great, super easy to order and nice fast shipping. The set itself is awesome, very comfortable and goes great under my racer-back tanks. I'm a fan.
My fiancé just found out that adore me has been charging her monthly for a "VIP" membership for the past 10 months. If you buy from here you already know that they send countless emails, upwards of 5 a day so you just skip on past them not knowing that some of them mention a balance. This company is so misleading that in order to cancel the membership you have to go through your email to a webpage. Then you have to navigate to the bottom and look for a small "click here" hyperlink that will open up an email so you can email them and ask to unsubscribe. Then you have wait for a response which comes with another set of instructions on how to unsubscribe.
We simply called them up and asked if we could have our $300 store credit refunded and they said that their computer would only allow for 30 days refund so ~$40. After talking to the agent some more they said their computer would actually let them do 90 days. All I wanted was a refund for the money that we were not going to spend. We were transferred to a manager that said that the "system" would not allow them to go back further than 90 days for a refund.
We would have remained a customer if they simply gave us our money back but they would rather keep the money and take there chances.
My fiancé didn't even like the product she initially purchased from them. She said it was very cheap looking and did not look like it did in the pictures.
I really hope you avoid this company because they don't seem to care about there customers at all.

I sent my order 36 F back - they made my breast look pointy which not what I want
I got a RMA number sent it back and haven't even received an acknowledgement that they received it.
I tried calling Customer Service - got a recording for over 2 hours
I sent an email... after 48 hours no response
This company will loose customers if they can not get more people in to help
I do not want to be on a VIP List and be billed for something that doesn't work for my size

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
