I loved all your variety of bras and panties, especially the plus sizes and bigger bras. Your prices are very reasonable. Bras and panties in my size are usually very expensive, if available at all. My only complaint is, the site is a little user unfriendly. When you add to your "bag", you don't go back where you were and must scroll through many previously viewed pages to get back to where you stopped to move forward. This is quite frustrating if you have to go back many times and I eventually gave up many times then and now.

Despite advertising "unlimited" on the main page of their site, in their TV commercials & even during their on hold music, their sneaky Terms & Conditions state max of 3 exchanges per order.
So now I'm stuck with a $50USD ($68CAD) bra & panty set that still doesn't fit.
And consumer Beware of signing up for their VIP program, as this gives them the right to charge your Visa whenever they feel like it. Still trying to get an answer from them (14 days, 3 emails & 2 phone calls later) as to why they randomly charged me, When I had already skipped the month

They refuse to refund the money after you call twice and tell them you did not recieve the item. The tracking number does not show the item being shipped to the person's desitnation after reaching Canada. IT just says it arrived to Canada and provide nothing after that.
Adore me employee's tell you to conduct your own investgation and show them proof that you did not recieve the item.
This happened to me twice. First time i tought it was a fluke because i recieved my very first purchase. But than it happened again!
The employees are not helpful and they refuse to let you talk to a manager. They also hang up on you.
