DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your credit card information and then never allow you to cancel and you will keep being charged. The help desk is useless; I was on hold for 35 minutes to be told that I was a liar and then not have my problem resolved. I was also told that I could not speak to a manager because my complaint was not serious enough. I still can't cancel my account. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDUT CARD INFORMATION

My first experience with this site was purchasing the Arlene Push-Up. The item was supposed to be shipped within 3-5 days but instead took two weeks. I am very pleased with the bra and the fit. I love the designs of all of their products. I would suggest going a size smaller for the underwear, I ordered the size I normally wear but have found them to be too big. I will probably order from them again!
I downloaded the app. I ordered my product 3 weeks before Valentine's Day, they said it would get to me within 2 weeks, well I didn't get it until AFTER Valentine's Day. Also it's impossible to get ahold of them. I have called 5 different times and waited on hold 3 hours each time hoping to contact someone about charging me extra when I do not want to make another purchase. I emailed 4 times with no responses at all, they are supposed to respond to emails within 2 days. All I want to do is cancel my account now and I can't even do that. TERRIBLE SITE. Do not shop here.
