This set was true to size for me and very comfortable. The presentation was very nice inside the box too. The only thing I might want to change is the outer shipping box. It is a black box with the company name all over it, and while some might like this, I was hoping for more discreet packaging. But as far as a review for the actual product goes, 5 stars all the way!

Shipping was slow but arrived in the time it was said to be there. My order came in a nice box. And everything fit right. I will be buying again! And I will tell friends about adore me.
This is the first time to receive anyting from AdoreMe. My wife loved it. The look and quality were fantastic. She looked great in the set.
I ordered a bustier online since they were having a sale. The product was fine but just too large, so I needed an exchange. Turns out the customer service is just terrible in general. The site boasts easy returns and exchanges. And my assumption was that a subscription site like this should have great customer service. That was not the case. The website kept leading me in circles from one help page to another. Then finally it told me to contact customer service in person (via either email or phone) if I wanted to exchange the product. I had to contact them more than once before I finally got a response (around 2 weeks later). By the time I had time to read through their lengthy explanation, it was past their return policy due date. So now I have an extra large bustier for nothing. Additionally, I am now trying to cancel my VIP membership, which is also proving more difficult than I had previously thought. There isn't a simple "unsubscribe" button. You must talk to customer service and email them.

Sale items cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for same set, different size while stock lasts (this is mentioned on the sale page). Ordered 4 sets of pj's for my wife for x-mas. They are very nice quality and she loved them. There are no washing instructions so we emailed customer service and have not heard back. I will probably order again.

I ordered 3 bra/panties sets! They are wonderful! So comfortable and the price is so amazing!
They take your money, and when you call them, they put you on hold for an hour. Plus, their products are of a $#*!ty quality.
Also, when you buy something, make sure you delete your credit card! Seriously, they will take money from your card without you buying anything! And if you ask for a refund, they won't even answer you! Worse service and worse best that ever existed!

I like most women was looking for a website that could offer me secy, yet affordable bra and panties options. I scrolled through the website and found more than a few things I liked. The first shipment I got came rather quickly however none of the bustier's I ordered even came close to fitting. I returned those a decided to give the panties a try. I received three different styles and worried about how they would hold up. The material that was used while cute looked cheap. Indeed they were cheap. I then decided to cancel the membership. I sent email after email asking. Waited on hold forever during the workday so I could cancel. And yet nothing happened. It was after my final email where I threatened to stop payment did I get a response to my cancellation. After having cancelled the account I am three months out and still being charged for my monthly shipment. I again have called and called, emailed and emailed with no response. I say you get what you pay for. Go to a reputable store and buy the good stuff. Its worth it after all this nightmare. Even after you write a review like this the company does nothing but give you a generic response. They charged my checking account three times in the month of December and again in January. I had to call the bank and get a new card and am still waiting on them to refund my money they wrongly charged to my account.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
