I am a Victoria's secret fan and questioned if I would find the same quality through an online sight. But I am so glad that I gave adore me a shot. I have purchased two sets so far and both are amazing! They fit true to size and are super sexy. You can't beat the price either which is truly the best part. I ordered my first order of $60 and was expecting it for my anniversary with my fiancé. The lost the package, I had to personally call the UPS and USPS in other to track it. They gave a USPS tracking number while using the UPS services so I wasn't able to track it and neither companies know where it is. They told me the provider has to call mail innovations to ask where it is and the AdoreME representative told me that since they have showed that they shipped it out of their warehouse that its not their problem until the 15th! (which is way past the 3-5 delivery day window if I may say). So now Even though both USPS and UPS have told me the package is not in their possession and is lost I have to wait till next week, and call again, for AdoreMe to even consider do anything. I'm canceling my membership just as soon as I've either been refunded or it gets here. Terrible first experience.

This site has been charging me for months. I've sent several emails trying to cancel my membership and have gotten no replies. They also put on their site, if you do not skip the month or make any purchases, you will receive store credit. I have not received any store credit or even any email reminders to skip the month or shop. I made one purchase and the bathing suit fell apart almost immediately.

I really like the quality and style of these bras. My only issue is that I can't find the perfect size for me. While the 42D is too might for me in cup size, the 40D is perfect in cup size but too tight around my chest.
The products surpassed my expectations. They were what they appeared to be online. I love my purchase
AdoreMe has insane fraud prevention not based in reality. Despite a super high credit score, great income and shipping to the residence on file on my credit reports and credit card, they have rejected 3 of 4 orders. I really want to stay a customer - they have cute clothing which is high quality. But it is hard to stay a customer of a company that refuses to sell to you. To be clear, it is AdoreMe that is rejecting the orders NOT my credit card. When they reject an order you could an email 3 days later that says your order was not processed - with no explanation. If you call customer service you get the most unhelpful, rude reps ever. They refuse to give you a supervisor and claim there is nothing that can be done to make it so orders are actually honored. Wierd strategy - refusing to sell to your customers.

I wanted to order a set that was advertised for a March special at $19.95. I quickly learned after calling customer service that I was not able to use my gift card code along with a promo code. I don't know of any other website that has this kind of restrictions. A gift card is suppose to be a form of payment, not a promo code. I then dismissed that fact and went on to place the order (which the customer service rep had to assist me with as the site was giving me an error). By the end of the process, the rep was unable to process my order and instructed me to refresh my screen and input my credit card information in order to place the order (the gift card information was showing on my screen as the mode of payment, however they required my credit card information to finalize the order). This was not OK with me--I specifically had a gift card as my mode of payment, covering the entire cost of the order. The customer service representative was very helpful throughout this process, she had no control over the company's requirements. I requested a refund of my gift card as I was not comfortable giving out my credit card information. Beware all who try to pay with a gift card!

My husband bought be a set as a surprise gift and I love it.
I love these bra and panties combo! They are so cute and the size is exact! Love this site and its products!
Quality is horrible and they will not replace unless unworn and within the first 30 days, so when a product fails after wearing (which is most likely), you are screwed. If a panty was part of a set, you cannot even purchase that item separately to replace. For the cost, I will definitely go back to Victoria's Secret - much better quality, fit and service policies. I've sent message to AdoreMe to unsubscribe from their membership but will have to see how difficult that becomes based on reading these other reviews.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
