First time buyer and placed an order for two sets and a robe, which I purchased all at full price (did not receive the advertised "discount" for the first set at $24.99). In any event, paid for overnight shipping, tracking info states delivered, but package was not received. I called UPS twice (hoping to get a different answer if I got a different rep) and they indicated that it was my responsibility because the delivery states it was left at front door. They told me to call Shipper. Called Adore Me and they told me to call UPS to get a case number. So, called UPS AGAIN and after much discussion, no case number would be provided because UPS didn't consider it an "undelivered package" (driver said it was delivered, so I guess that means it was delivered) so no investigation would be started. Called Adore Me AGAIN and she then told me to call UPS and get a case number. More discussion in which I explained to the Adore Me rep that getting a case number from UPS was not an option to which she finally said there was nothing she could do as I was "refusing" to call UPS. This was not a "refusal" on my part to call but I had already told her multiple times that UPS would NOT give me a case number (offered to conference her in, which she actually refused) so she was asking me to do something that wouldn't work. Customer service should be service oriented (its actually in the name) and this person was unwilling (and also not all that friendly) to veer from her script to offer up a viable alternative that would have probably resulted in more business if I had actually been able to receive my merchandise (supposedly its actually nice). I have no comments on the lingerie itself as I never received. As a first time customer, I'm extremely disappointed in the way this was handled (and the fact that I've lost $170) and will not order from again. I'll continue to pay more for my lingerie if during the few times that I may need customer service, they will actually be helpful.
I thought this site was pretty good the first time I used it. I decided to order a pair of pajamas, and according to their sizes, I was a 4x. I am usually a 2x so I ordered the 4x just to be safe. I know sizes can run weird sometimes but the pajamas were HUGE! I then decided to order a lingerie set, and I ordered the same size, 4x. It was so freaking tiny, and because of the design, I figured it would be big. NOPE. I decided that I no longer wanted my membership, so I decided to call the customer service number that they provide online.
3 TIMES I HAVE CALLED AND EVERY TIME I AM KICKED OFF BECAUSE IT TAKES TOO LONG FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER.
I have never been able to contact someone from the customer service number because every single minute of every single hour of every single day, they are receiving "a high number of callers" and they ask me to "please call back later".
Like the $#*!? Excuse my language but I have had to skip every month since September of last year because no one will answer my calls.
I am not saying this website is the worst possible, I mean, if you find something that fits you and you like it, you do you.
But their customer service is crazy horrible.
And if you need to talk to them, well, good luck.

This is a nice set. I would give it 5 out of 5 if only the waist elastic in the panty was stronger--it seems too loose.
Very nice feel. Very comfortable, I barley feel like I am even wearing anything. Usually the under wires dig into my chest, but this one doesn't. Well worth the price.
The first time I got a 2x and it was too big so I sent it back for an 1x and it was prefect. You can also put this on with fitted jeans a nice jeweler set and pumps and slay the room.
I loved the look of this set, so even though the extra small was sold out in black, I went with a small and it fits my itty bitty t***ies just fine. The material is so soft and comfortable, not scratchy or stiff. I'm obsessed with the design, and I love that it simply just ties in the back... easy on easy off. Looking forward to showing it off soon!

It's amazing I feel very sexy and I will be sharing the websites with friends.
I saw the ads on Tv and then had a friend of a friend recommend Adore Me. I normally wear a 34DDD and I loathe shopping for bras at stores. Most places don't even carry my size. I ordered a bra from Adore Me and was hoping for the best. I loved the bra but it was a bit small in the cups. Returning was a breeze! I got the 34G in no time and I adore the bra. I've already worn the set several times. The hipster panties are sooo comfy. I love the skip this month option of Adore Me as well. Definitely will be staying a VIP for awhile. So much better than going bra shopping at the mall.

I ordered two sets of bra and panties from adore me. This was the worst mistake of my life. I wash everything I get through the mail, because I don't know what it had been through or around. I fallowed instructions on how to was both the bras and panties and took extra caution because I know they are delicate like all bras and lace panties are. The wire in both the bras came out the second I put them on and one of the pair of panties fell apart. After calling and asking to return the product they said they couldn't because I had washed them. So in other words because they are cheaply made and didn't even hold up after one wash I can't get my money back. Horrible bras and panties the sizing charts are off big time I'm a 40DDD the bras said that size but fit my sister in law better who is an A cup... DO NOT BUY FOR THEM
I received my first set and was pleasantly surprised at the fit and comfort. Everything was true to size. The color was beautiful; ordered my favorite, purple. I have since ordered a second set and can't wait to receive it. AdoreMe has been the best find for sexy plus size lingerie.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! To start off the delivery was over 2 weeks late - I called and cancelled and THEN THEY SENT IT! Then when I returned the hideous items they claimed they did not receive all of them and charged me for items I had shipped back. In addition they have a $5 restocking fee PER ITEM which is ridiculous. I have tried to call several times and every time after waiting on hold for 10 years they say they will "open an investigation" and "if no one calls you after 10 days then call us back." Are these people kidding? What kind of customer service is this. I have called back and I get the same thing - no one takes any responsibility or gives you any answer and I certainly did not get my money back. The WORST company I have every bought from - EVER!

I absolutely love Adore Me, Love that they offer bigger sizes and love all the detailing that they put in the pieces and not to mention it's cute and comfy and prices are right.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
