I ordered for my wedding some things and got it expedited they told me it would be delivered on the 14th. It is now the 14 th and it hasn't been shipped and is still processing. What a joke this place is. I suggest they figure out what the heck is wrong with their processing department. I definitely will not order from them again due to the fact they don't have it together and suggest DO NOT PAY FOR IT TO BE EXPEDITED BECAUSE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. Wish I could just cancel my order and get my money back.

I made a purchase of 2 swimsuits on June 2nd. I had free 3 to 7 day shipping and it is now June 12th and I still have not received anything and when I try to track my purchase it says that it didn't even process and ship out until the 8th and that it has been to 2 different places in NJ in the past 4 days. I do not know what is going on with their processing and shipping but I ordered it on June 2nd so I could have my purchase before my vacation on the 24th. This may keep me from ordering from this site again!

I ordered a swim suit a couple weeks ago from this site. The estimated shipping was 7-10 days (a little long in my opinion) and it definitely took the full 10 days. Despite the suit being a little too small, I absolutely loved it! Super cute and great quality material. I immediately went on the website to start the exchange process, as I needed a size up and wanted it to arrive the following week, in time for my vacation. I paid $10 extra for expedited shipping, as I placed the order on a Saturday. My estimated delivery date was the following Wednesday. By Thursday (today), I still have not received my order. I just got an email this morning saying my order just shipped TODAY (6 days after the order was placed, and 1 day after it was supposed to have been delivered!). I was given a tracking number for my shipment, which UPS is not recognizing and I just keep getting an error message saying my shipment can't be located. I emailed customer service, and was told I would receive a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for ($10) - but they still have no provided me with a new estimated arrival date for my item, therefore I obviously won't have it in time for vacation, which I'm very disappointed about it. The products are great, just wish the shipping/customer service was better.

Since extended processing cases can create a lot of problems and delays, especially with packages needed urgently, we meticulously follow the feedback that we receive about this. We will start an investigation with the warehouse to learn what may have caused this huge mishap. Orders usually process 2 days in the warehouse before they can be sent out, but 5 days are indisputably inconvenient and disappointing. We will do our absolute best to prevent this from happening in the future.
In addition to refunding your shipping fee (seeing that this is not the service that you have paid for) we have also added $10 worth of store credit to your Adore Me account as a compensation for the hassle you have faced.
Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the negative shopping experience. We do hope that the replacement set will be the perfect fit and feel.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
