I was excited to try the Elite Box and at first it seemed to be going well. However, upon its return the company claimed I did not include one of the returned items in the box. I had included it and there was no way to prove my integrity as I no longer had the box. They did charge me for the item I do not have which made the experience very overpriced for what I actually kept. This is a risk if you buy their box.
It was great and I don't want to have to review anything again.
I'm pleased with some of my orders. Some orders I've received fits smaller

It is easy to order products from Adore Me. There is a sufficient amount of communication about order and delivery status. Occasionally, the order gets a little delayed, but overall great customer service.
A few of the bras things time seemed like the size is not as accurate as in the past.
Ordered the elite box and it took forever to get to me. I kept getting emails that it was delayed but no other information. Eventually it showed up so it's fine now but I was very annoyed at first

Products were decently priced but the quality of the lingerie was sub par. Hems and cuts were just off. I never leave reviews but I feel like I need to with this one.

Shopping on AdoreMe was a good experience. The site was easy to navigate and the pricing is really good for members.
Since this was my first order, I did not know if their brand's sizing was the same as my previous boutiques sizing so the bras arrived too small. Exchanging/ returning was easy and was also free, however for several exchanges I had to complete each exchange separately which was time consuming. It would be great if you could exchange multiple items on one transaction. I ordered 4 sets. After I exchanged them for the correct size, 2 sets were a good fit, 1 was still too small and the other just didn't fit nicely.
Overall, though I'm happy with the products.
It's Victoria Secret now. The size I've always been is now too small. It was only a matter of time. I can't wear any of the items I purchased in my last order as a result. I'll be canceling Adore Me.

I was satisfied with my order. Most items fit well and were all great quality. I would order again.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
