We were desperate to acquire the solutions we needed to get our church livestream up and running in the midst of the pandemic... Adorama not only provided quality service and affordable pricing, but they were able to get us the products just in time. Everything was able to be installed, tested, and used - and we are so grateful.

I purchase a lens light through Adorama and apparenetly my credit card did go through since I got a reply. Several days later when I went to check on the order I found that it was on hold because of the credit card, when I tried to use another credit card their site got stuck on processing... over and over. I ended up cancelling the order, but it did waste too must of my time to ever consider going back.

1. Website indicated it was in stock
2. Next-day email indicates there will be a 2 to 5 day delay
3. Next day another email indicating it is on backorder
4. I checked the website and it indicates an item is available but with a slight delay
5. I start the order process and there is no mention of back order
6. Order canceled and made CS aware of their misleading item post
7. Apologizes but does nothing further
8. They want to get your order on back ordered items by lying.

I've ordered some items from them, they are excellent. I tend to prefer bhphoto (no real reason I guess) and order from adorama when they bhphoto don't have something.

I've never had an issue with them. I have ordered used items also. The ratings are very conservative, and the prices are decent, the used guarantee is 30 days money back.

Personally I prefer Roberts camera's 6 month warranty for used items though, however 30 days money back is great!

Awesome products for the given prices - if you need a quality tripod or a reliable camera or anything for photography or videography they cover your back. Manfrotto Befree tripod I purchased is heavy duty and perfect for using it on my travels. Only complaints are the shipping sometimes takes more time than expected.

This is not the best company available online they are only providing the service product order and only receiving facilities. Once you make an order with them then you cannot be canceled. Shipping cost or product cost is not refundable. They are charging high amount from the customer in the name of shipping. So customer it is better avoid this company product.

I was concerned to read that this has been your experience of ordering from Adorama. As one of the world's largest independent photography retailers, founded over 30 years ago - with a flagship store in NYC - we take service, pricing and customer care very seriously.

Orders can most definitely be cancelled if you change your mind, provided they have not already entered the shipping process.

We also refund the cost of most items returned to us within the first 30 days, as per the terms and conditions on our website: http://www.adorama.com/help/returnPolicy

In addition, we will usually refund the shipping costs of an item that is found to be non-functioning upon receipt by a customer.

Placed order 01-17-2020. Received UPS pkg with slide only. Immediately contacted customer service to notify that gimball was not delivered. Roxanne noted that weight of UPS pkg did not match weight it should have been, if both items were shipped. She was contacting warehouse to find missing gimbal. Every time I call they are still waiting to talk to Shipping manager. Frustrated by the run around! Ship me the gimbal asap or give me a prepaid pkg to return the slide, and give me a full refund. Horrible customer service!

Love my new equipment!

I was so excited to find Adorama when I really needed it! I'm venturing into the worlds of videography and podcasting and I didn't have a lot of money to spend, but Adorama made it easy with good prices for my budget and flexible options to buy with. Definitely will be back for more later!

Overall really happy with what I got and the packaging was a 8 out of 10. Was going to spend almost $3k on a new camera setup. Adorama was a Canon authorized seller that had the best bundle for the same price as well as being able to use PayPal credit to purchase to help me pay off interest free within 6 months. Adorama says ships same day but that didn't happen with me. I patiently waited almost 48 hours of just seeing order haven't been processed. Finally called customer service and after being transferred to theee people and having to tell the same story all 3 times, authorization needed to verify my purchase and call me in my phone. Did that, order processed, shipped that day. Why did I have to call and verify my order? Was I even going to get my order if I didn't call and ask about it?

I bought camera from them and it has been workin great. In am now able to take professional pictures. Photography is my passion and I enjoy it. The camera was delivered in good condition as it was well packaged. It didn't take long to arrive but what matters to me is what I received. It works great.

Placed order after-hours on May 22 (Memorial Day weekend), it shipped out on the first possible day, May 25th and I received it on May 28th. With so many Covid-related shipping delays, I was shocked that it got here so fast. I would have completely understood any type of delay, given that USPS is still not delivering daily in some areas. Customer service was great - I had some questions before I placed my order, utilized the online chat feature. They were very helpful. I was careful to read what was included with the used lens that I ordered, and I specifically chose one that came in the original box, with a case. Box was packed well - large box, extra padding/packing. No complaints, and will definitely purchase from Adorama again.

Terrible service
March 4, 2024

Well today I ran out of the black ink and I opened the ink, the new ink and tried to put it in my Epson printer, and it wouldn't go in, it did not fit, so I looked at it and looked at it, and sure enough that little things in the back are not the proper fitting for my printer, so I looked at the sales receipt And apparently Epson makes another 157 LLK black ink for probably another machine. I don't know but I did call today. The man hung up on me. He would not let me talk to a manager and then he called me back and asked me if I opened it and I said yes I told you I tried to make it fit today and it wouldn't fit and he just told me you know that it's not returnable. And I'm like what? And then and he already hung up and I was still talking. This is very very bad service that adorama is having I'm 69 years old. Don't need to sit here and wonder why Epson made two ink cartridges with the same look and the same number on it I should not have to pay $33.88 for something because it's past the 30 days that simply ridiculous I need a refund or a replacement. This is unfair. You guys make a lot of money and you should not be taking advantage of us people who just wanna print something.

Great product, great prices, great delivery. I love this company. I'm so excited to use this little Fuji camera. So nice to have a great camera when I don't wanna haul my 35mm around. And great street camera that doesn't intimidate people. Looking forward to really learning it.

Perfect storage

The slinger 85L is a perfect storage option. I have 3 bodies and about 6 lenses and the options to adjust the shelves to accommodate your gear is great. The foam inserts keep your gear in place and protected. I needed a place to keep my gear that would ultimately be locked away from my toddler and I'm glad I made this purchase. I can see what I want/need before opening the unit and it's a great way to display my gear

Macbook Pro

I purchased my Macbook Pro from Adaorama. They had the model I needed in stock. All other places I would have had to wait ten days to 2 weeks get it. They had 32GB of RAM laptops in stock. Of course no 32GB laptop was on sale anywhere. They shipped it the next day and I received it 2 days after that. Communication process was great. I would recommend using Adorama!

Won't refund my $ from a speaker I bought that didn't ever turn on when I got it. It came in a destroyed box and they told me to buy a new box, pay for the shipping back and now they're sayi they can't refund my $ because it's not in the original box. Awful company! This was the 2nd defected speaker I bought from them btw!

The Adorama part of the transaction was great. The UPS delivery was not great. The package was left, without my signature, in a spot more than 100 yards, and out of sight from my entryway. Fortunately, I picked up the package before it was stolen. The lens was in perfect condition and is just what I ordered.

I had shoprunner runner two day shipping, but received the mac via ground (over a week). The macbook pro is great and the price was discounted, which is great for a new mac. Selection was great and ordering easy.

Hi there, the delivery arrived on time, but there was a part missing. I spoke to the manufacturer about how to put it together and they mentioned there should have been a separate plastic baggie taped to the teleprompter with knobs that attach everything to the tripod. This part is missing and we have it attached with clothespins. We would like to receive the missing pieces in order to stabilize the devices and camera and ensure professional quality. This is being delivered directly to our company's CEO's home for increased virtual livestreaming events and videos.
