I paid for the digital piano feb 20, it came after 20 days defective. Emails over emails changed with Adorama no solution, they refused a label for return. After mor than two months still I have my room blocked with the piano and the garage with the packing.

I initially bought a set of speakers from Adorama, and when they got here, they didn't function as intended. Sent back, and had to fight to get a refund. Tried again with a different set of speakers and they arrived with missing components. And then the subwoofer that I had ordered was delayed by at least 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Pass
I bought a drone on ebay and the picture of the kit showed several things in the kit including an additional battery and a battery charger pack. The package arrived and no extra battery. I contacted them and asked and said can I apply the money of the regular battery to an advanced longer lasting battery and pay the difference. They simply sent the better battery as a courtesy! WOW... then I realized they left out the charger holder and called them and whala.they sent me a charger holder. No questions. Easy and professional! GREAT SERVICE! Would HIGHLY recommend them for your future purchases.
I have made numerous orders from Adorama over the last few months and have talked to a few of the customer service reps. I have had nothing short of excellence in my experiences with them and highly recommend them to all my friends.
Twice, I was able to return merchandise for a refund. The first was a defective lens where they covered the return shipping. The second time, I accidentally bought the wrong type of lens, so I paid for shipping. The customer service was friendly and prompt. They have earned my future business.
When I need a quality print, this is who I order from. This is who I recommended to my friends and family. This morning, I read a blog sent by them on how to take good halloween photos. They just keep me learning. Love em!

Best site for gear - I love this site for buying equipment at great prices, plus they have a good return policy. You don't realize how important a good return policy is until you get a defective product. I'd highly recommend this site.
I received the wrong item and immediately called customer service. Even after I sent pictures, they continued to insist it was the correct item. They implied that I was lying (I have the e-mails to prove this). After I contacted my credit card company, they finally admitted that they item was incorrect and said I could return it. Too little, too late.
Lost Lens - Horrible Customer Service! Buyer beware! Adorama promised free overnight shipping via UPS, so I purchased a $2200 lens kit for Christmas. Long story short - the lens did not arrive; it was apparently 'lost' by UPS. An investigation will take up to 8 business days and Adorama will not provide a replacement (or refund) until the investigation is complete (as confirmed by a customer service rep and her supervisor). Not a very customer friendly policy, especially given the cost of this kit. Adorama has my money and UPS will reimburse them for the lost lens, yet I have to wait for a lens reshipment?!? As a result, I will take the refund and will never purchase from Adorama again, as I am sure there are other companies that will appreciate my business more than Adorama does. Now, let's see how quickly Adorama removes my feedback :) CKR
I was so very sorry to read that this was your experience and would welcome the opportunity to understand why you were told that Adorama requires 8 days to investigate the loss, when in fact it is UPS who carries out the investigation into packages they have lost in transit.

This was my first time ordering from Adorama. The chat support I got from before my purchase was very helpful. I felt that I got incredible value on my purchase of a strobe kit and was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the light, modifier and stand.
I have paid for two items they sent me one and didnt send me the other one,. When I asked them why they sent me a proof of ups which was just a paper that they delivered and no real proof like amazon which gives you picture of item at your front door,. Then I was lucky that had camera record showing the person just has one package in his hand and not two, and send them this video to show they are just liars and they didnt respond to me at all!... Adorama is just a scammer and nothing else,. Never try drop shipping places like Adorama with zero responsibility,. Try to buy from Amazon which they take responsibility
I found Adorama to be the best prices I found on the camera I purchased and it was shipped fast even with the slower shipping times that we are dealing with right now. I appreciated the personal online help as well.
Everything was packed nicely in a box and came in time before my 7 day trip. Good job. I had a good trip and saw a lot of things on my trip using these good products that arrived very quickly in a good box.
I received some binoculars from Adorama in a large box with a little bit of bubble filler. Since the binoculars are mil-spec tough I wasn't that concerned, but a smaller box with better filler would have both been better and less wasteful. Everything else about the experience was great. I couldn't find a lower price anywhere else, and the communication during shipping was top notch. I will be ordering from them again.
I bought a Nikon DSLR from this company and they have great customer service. It had a problem and they helped me out without any hassle. Nice to see online companies with great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you think you might purchase a camera in the future get on their mailing list and they will send you promotions.
The camera and all the accessories arrived in great condition and everything works as if it were new. But, the box it came in was a mess. It had more creases and wrinkles than an 80 year old that had spent way too much time in the sun. But, I didn't buy a box, I bought a Lumix bridge camera and the camera looked like new. I was worried when I saw the box that the camera was going to look like it had been dropped from an airplane. Over the next few days I'll be putting the camera through its paces. Buying used saved me about $100.

I ordered a camera strap from Adorama. The pricing and communication throughout the whole process was great. With this order, UPS SurePost service was used which is a hand off from UPS to USPS. The drawback is that USPS does not update their shipping info in a timely manner. The shipping time was just as described but USPS made me wonder for a day if the package might be lost. This is not Adorama's fault. The camera neck strap is great!
A week ago, I purchased two TurboSound IP3000 speakers on Amazon for a Grad Nite I'm DJing with 400 kids.
These clowns provided one tracking number and only shipped one of the two speakers.
What is a DJ with one speaker?! Let alone one without another $450 in his bank account to get a replacement from Guitar Center?

I ordered boxes to archive my father's 35mm slides. I was pleased with the boxes, very good quality and the delivery was prompt. My only criticism is that the outer package was crushed and slightly ripped in the corners where there was inflatable fill to keep the product from shifting, though the product was not damaged at all.
