I bought a screen saver from them. After about 6 months it cracked a little at the bottom. I emailed them and within 15 min they responded. I told them the problem. Within another hour they got back and told me to take 2 pictures of the product against a white piece of paper with the claim # written on it. I did that in the evening. By the end of the next day, I received 3 emails from them! 1. My claim was being processed. 2. My claim was approved. 3. Here is the tracking info. To really be impressive the tracking showed I was getting the product the NEXT day! WOW... and no I didn't have to spend another $15 or so for shipping. UAG Urban Armour Gear rocks! Keep buying them!

I bought a drone on ebay and the picture of the kit showed several things in the kit including an additional battery and a battery charger pack. The package arrived and no extra battery. I contacted them and asked and said can I apply the money of the regular battery to an advanced longer lasting battery and pay the difference. They simply sent the better battery as a courtesy! WOW... then I realized they left out the charger holder and called them and whala.they sent me a charger holder. No questions. Easy and professional! GREAT SERVICE! Would HIGHLY recommend them for your future purchases.
