Adorama was able to deliver my FX 100-400 mm lens quickly by shipping backordered accessories separately. This was greatly appreciated I love being able use the lens and don't mind waiting for the filters.
I'm new to photography, and wanted to add some lenses to the basic kit I recently purchased, but I wasn't sure which lenses would be good for me to buy now, not terribly expensive, and useful for a long time. I chatted with Stephanie, who was incredibly helpful (& very patient with my ignorance!) She made several recommendations for lenses to add to my kit as I can afford them and after doing my research, I purchased the first lens (bundle) along with a tripod for a good price compared to other vendors. Delivery during covid-19 is of course a challenge, but everything arrived in good shape in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Adorama and look forward to working with them for all my camera and photography needs.
The process of purchasing gear went very smoothly. Nothing was confusing, and it all seemed very streamlined. Package arrived a day later than the free expedited shipping promised(1-3 days). However, when it did finally come, the package was in great condition and the gear was definitely new.
I will never do business with Adorama again. Their customer service is pigheaded and would offer absolutely NO help whatsoever. I was the only one trying to make something work in our multiple conversations. It's truly a shame companies are willing to forever lose a customer rather than just ATTEMPT to provide some sort of resolution. I offered they take a restocking fee upon an exchange towards an item that I can actually use.
My grandmother recently passed away so I just finally got around to opening my package... To my surprise it was a standard SD card and I needed a micro SD. Despite the item being completely unopened, Adorama refused repeatedly to work with me in any degree.
Now I have a product that is useless to me just sitting here. What a waste of money. What a waste of a company.
I guess now a have a 64GB table coaster for mice and another strike in my F**K corporate America book.
Adorama - 2 thumbs way down.
I received my Nikon D610 in the mail a couple of days ago. The camera I purchased was used but in great condition. Looks brand new and works wonderfully. I bought a camera off ebay a couple of years ago with low clicks, and it was a nightmare. Basically I inherited someone else's problem. Now I only go to a reputable organization, such as Adarama for camera equipment, because you know you're getting an a good product that is backed by the company if anything goes wrong. Lesson learned
I purchased an entire light kit for my camera. I received the boxes opened and damaged and only received part of my purchase not all the items. I've contacted Adorama and have all the emails. The customer service has not been helpful at all. I'm tired of going back and fourth and they are not listening to my emails and now telling me to wait 10 more days for investigation after I've already waited like 20 days!
I like the excellent customer and shipping process. The emails to inform and follow up of the order show Adorama cares.
One question: I ordered the Canon M50 but no free accessories were shipped together. It was my first time order with Adorama, I might simply chose the wrong option ( no free accessories option) with the Same Price, not knowing that there were 2 choices: with or without the free accessories at the same price.
I emailed Nancy M from Adorama, and she was kind enough to help. Adorama sent out a replacement, and apologized for the inconvenience that was caused.
Although I am disappointed in the initial service, I'm happy that Adorama resolved the issue.
I placed an order on Adorama.com for a v flat. Adorama shipped my order without proper invoice information. Although UPS tried to contact Adorama several times to receive the proper documentation, the package was returned. I contacted Adorama, and after some insistence they sent out another v flat. Just like the first time, Adorama did not send proper documentation for customs, so my package was held up for days in customs. When I finally received my v flat it was damaged, and not usable.
Once again, I contacted Adorama, and I was told that another one would be sent out, and tracking info would be sent to me. After 24 hours, I received no email regarding the tracking and shipment info, so I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor told me they needed pictures and that another v flat would not be sent out until the higher management reviewed the pictures. It was then that I decided that I wanted a refund and that Adorama was not ever getting my business again. They still have my money and all I have is a damaged v flat.
I had purchased a camera lenses and the camera bags that fits well my camera. It was really very easy to order the things from this site. The lenses were really good and the camera bag too. But the skin of the bag is not so nice. It’s likely to get removed.

I received my order with missing important part - the FTZ mount adapter. This will still allow me to use my old Nikon lenses on the Z6. So, I cannot use the new Z6 camera without buying a new lens with Z mount. I called customer service and they are very slow resolving my problem, at this point I am not sure when I am going to receive my missing part. It is been already 6th day since I contacted. Clearly, they don't care for their costumers the way they should. I lost money and respect from not shooting an event that I promise I will do and also, I had to use my iPhone to take picture at my granddaughter dance recital. You can imagine taking photo in the darker room from distance instead using right photo gear. Disappointed at Adorama.com. Sorry, I am giving only one star because I cannot give zero. I am one of the many unhappy costumers that I know from lots of negative reviews for this website.

"Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or unwrapped."
All TV's up to and including 47" that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
For the first 30 days after your purchase you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
I'm truly sorry to read you feel this policy is unfair, as you will find that the majority of other similar, equally reputable retailers offer exactly the same returns policy on these types of items. This isn’t Adorama’s decision alone, but part of our agreement with those suppliers.
However, it does not in any way affect your warranty, which runs from the date you receive such items and simply means that if any requires warranty service or repair that you deal directly with the manufacturer.
At Adorama Camera our service to customers is just as important as the range, quality and price of the products we sell. We therefore take all customer feedback very seriously and try to use it to develop and improve everything we do.
Nevertheless, we believe that this policy is preferable, for two reasons: Adorama is a speciality photography equipment supplier. Many of our employees are pro photographers in their own right and are therefore more than able to offer telephone support and trouble-shooting etc as required. However, when it comes to gear such as laptops, TVs etc, we simply don’t have that level of expertise.
In addition – and for the majority of our customers who express a view they feel this is a big ‘plus’ – as we do not ever accept returns of such items, there is absolutely no possibility that we could, in error, send you out a unit which had previously been returned by another customer for any reason. Therefore, your rights as a consumer are much better protected.
The Internet is filled with horror stories of customers who have received used / previously sold and returned laptops etc from less scrupulous retailers. With Adorama’s policy your consumer rights are still protected fully by the manufacturer warranty, but you can shop in confidence.
Please accept my deepest apologies for any disappointment or frustration caused; we value your business, and I hope that you will re-consider the benefits of shopping online from Adorama.

I am more than pleased with the refurbished lens I ordered other than not being in an original box I would have thought I had purchased a new lens. It was everything promised, I have purchased from Adorama a few times previously and have always been happy with the product, shipping, and service. I would recommend Adorama!
Love Adorama! Order a small part from them on the very same day I ordered a small part from B&H during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Adorama packaged arrived 2 days after I ordered it. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting for the B&H delivery. And it says I've got 2 more days to wait. I know it's a pandemic and all, but Adorama just gets it done. They have also been EXTREMELY helpful with returns of faulty items. Adorama is my go-to source for photography equipment. Never had a complaint with them.
I order from Adorama all the time for supplies for my business. I don't know how everything gets to me so quickly. I always receive my order the next day. And they carry high quality products. I highly recommend Adorama.
I found the Nikon 80-300 refurbished lens at Adorama for a good price. It was easy to find and order and and I received it in a short time. It works well. Like new for a lot less. This one lens will do everything I needed 2 lenses for before. A lot less lens changing.
I called them to check stock before placing order. They assured me they had the item in stock. I ordered the item and they charged the credit card right away. I emailed them twice to inquire about tracking information for the shipment and never heard back. After over a week, I visited the website and found the order tracking information. It was an internal PO (purchase order). I was pretty mad. I used the support portal to get to their customer service, who finally answered me but they still provided no tracking information. After 14 days, I cancelled the order. They never had the item in stock to begin with! They took the order and charged my credit card and never shipped anything! I'm still waiting to get my credit card charges reversed. I will not order anything from them again. Bad, bad, bad.
We ordered a new Nikon P900 for a birthday gift. The camera did not arrive until 2 days after the birthday celebration. UPS has an irregular delivery schedule to *******, Panama City, Florida. 2 to 3 day free delivery to VIP customers failed this time.

Okay first of all I would like to say this was my first time ordering from Adorama cameras. I went online on cyber Monday to get a good deal... I ordered a camera and never received a confirmation that they sent my order. I started to get concerned cause it had been 8 days. So I had to contact them and after 2 days later finally got a email saying they where sorry they where out of stock. It would have been nice for them to have gotten back to me before 10 days. If I hadn't emailed them how long would it have been before they got back to me. Very unprofessional. I am going on a trip to NZ for Christmas and wanted to have a nice camera to take pictures. It was my first and last time using Adorama cameras!

I am missing battery pack, USB charger, AC connecting are all missing in the box. I asked them to sending the missing items. I was asked to send pictures of what I got. I asked them that I will return the item because if the unprofessional response from one of the associate Ryan. He asked me to return the items unfortunately my son has lost the box for the camera. They are rip off so I am not even sure if the camera works as I cannot test it.
I paid for the digital piano feb 20, it came after 20 days defective. Emails over emails changed with Adorama no solution, they refused a label for return. After mor than two months still I have my room blocked with the piano and the garage with the packing.
