Adorama made shopping for a camera as painless as it could be. Their site has lots filters so you can find a camera with the exact features you're looking for, they offer bundles that include all the accessories you'll need for your new camera and are a fantastic value, and I couldn't believe how quickly my order arrived. I wish all my online shopping experiences were as positive and frustration-free as this was!
Purchased an item with $10 rebate. Submitted all original requested documentation along with packing UPC ETC. It was denied. Its all a scam and I'm sure either store or someone is reeking the benefits. As of today I will never purchase one more thing from Adorama and will block all advertisement from Facebook and emails.

I accidentally ordered a canon mount instead of a Sony Mount. I would've loved to exchange the two, but for some reason Adorama lists the rokinon 85 1.4 af for Sony about $100 more than any other site, so I just returned for a refund and ordered elsewhere. They made me pay return shipping despite advertising "the best return policy".
I found a Fender 57 Custom Champ (reissue, of course) for $250 cheaper than I could find it anywhere else! The listing said it was used but in excellent condition, but I couldn't even tell it had been used. It even came in the original packaging.

Can't say enough GREAT about Adorama. I purchased a nikon zoom lens through their used department and it was beyond expectations of the price I paid for it. My customer sales representative, Julio, was very helpful, patient and kind through the purchasing of this lens. It arrived quickly and safely through UPS. I always get good products with this company and the customer service is excellent!
I received the order, have not gotten the opportunity to use the backdrops yet; had to return the Westcott Background support system due to a small details and malfunction. Nothing on Adorama's side. Adorama took care of the problem as soon as I presented it and they're sending me a replacement.
I'd recommend Adorama to any friend that's into photography or videography.
I was searching for an affordable camera package and found a very good one at Adorama.com. I showed the listing to a cinematographer friend and he thought it was a great deal: Canon camera with zoom lens at a discounted price. He advised I purchase it and I did. Have been very happy. I get my memory cards from Adorama too.
The shop is great and all but only if you are close by. If you order things and you are far away as I was when I made my first order then you are going to have a very slow delivery time and the item may not arrive in good condition as mine did. I was disappointed and had to return the item. It is a good thing they accepted my return and sent another one.
I love the shop because it has been serving me for over three years now. Not once have I ever been disappointed. If I have queries then I always call them up and they answer my questions. They have a good delivery time and all the things they send always arrive in good condition.
How ordered a smart wall base layer and received an email saying my order was canceled. The charge went through on my credit card and no one can seem to help me. So I have been charged for a product and I will not receive the product and cannot get ahold of anybody to help me. Absolutely pathetic
On three separate orders this website has either canceled the order after a week or sent the incorrect item. The worst part is that I have to prove the return of the incorrect item before I can get a refund, even though Adorama admits to not having had the item in stock and that there was an error. Customer service is also located in India. Have fun trying to get anything resolved.

My first experience of buying my favorite moonlight went really well. The prices were good, delivery was quick and the packaging totally won my heart. Not even the slightest of damage to the product. Will consider trying again!
Have just gotten this printer and other than taking some time to connect to wireless I am very pleased with the way it operates and the quality of it prints. I feel this is a good buy and recommend Epson XP-4100.
The value was incredible, the packaging was spot on, and the customer service/support system was surprisingly unique (they assign you a specific Concierge after you make a camera purchase - which I think is pretty cool). I was able to get a combination of items for a great price. The items were well taken care of. Thank you, Adorama!
I received my speaker in a timely fashion. The box was all beaten up (that probably explains why the price was so good) but the speaker inside was intact, not even a small scratch. Very happy with the product and service.
I'm 0 for 2 with Adorama. Both purchases were a flunk when I had to make a return. They did take the return but my husband and I both found them to be rude. I'd stick with either B & H Photo or Samy's, both have been the best for camera purchases in our book!

Made a call asking them if I placed an order today and overnight air it would be in Oregon the next day. I was told if it was placed by 4pm eastern time it would be shipped out that night. My order was 2:44 pm with in the time. Come to find out the next day that if you purchased was a used lens it takes up to three days to just be shipped. Apparently I missed that somewhere on the site, but you would of thought that might of been mentioned in our conversation. My advice if your needing ASAP don't order a used lens from them.
I purchased a new Nikon D-610 camera from them. They had an incentive going on where it included additional stuff for free including a hipster camera bag. I recieved the order and extra items exactly as expected. However, the free bag was too small for my camera. With the lens attached, the camera was 8 inches long and the bag only had 6 inches of space. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a new bag that my camera fits it and a paid return label to send the other one back. No arguments, no hassle. What a great company to deal with.

I have been ordering from Adorama off and on for about 5-6 years, directly from them and also thru Amazon. One of my daughters is a photographer and I have gotten a camera, accessories and so on as gifts for her. I also ordered a laptop from them for my other daughter as well as getting a few things for myself.
The items for my daughters were shipped to them in Chicago and IN and my things to my home. In all cases the orders were filled promptly, arrived on time. And were packaged well so that everything was received in excellent condition. Their prices are very competitive and in some instances, if I caught a sale, lower than other places.; not to mention free shipping on a few of them.
I have found Adorama to be a very reputable, dependable and reliable seller. I would have no hesitation in placing additional orders with them and I'm sure I probably will, with confidence, in the future.
