2. Next-day email indicates there will be a 2 to 5 day delay
3. Next day another email indicating it is on backorder
4. I checked the website and it indicates an item is available but with a slight delay
5. I start the order process and there is no mention of back order
6. Order canceled and made CS aware of their misleading item post
7. Apologizes but does nothing further
8. They want to get your order on back ordered items by lying.
