These guys are AWESOME! Finally, another great online supplier found out how to be better than Amazon, by treating customers, not like just another number, but rather, people with good taste, different approaches, and great awesome products, available and ready for delivery. Whereas with Amazon, you feel like you are just another uneducated consumer, just looking to be fooled by gimmick pictures and Chinese products with No value added at ALL.
So... I wanted to buy a Canon R5, but it was too expensive. Then I noticed an offer *Zero Percent Financing for first purchase with Adorama Edge Credit Card*. Well it looked like my prayers had been answered, Hallelujah! WRONG! DEAD WRONG! I truthfully do not know how they got away with this, but I have paid off $3,000 in the first year. My remaining amount was $1500 for the camera... and all of a sudden my account got hit with $1,150 of interest over night. OVER NIGHT! WHAT?! Have I never. Somehow, they got their credit card to backdate 30% interest on the original purchase. I am in shock. I am shook. This is why the housing market collapsed in 08. Typically they hit you with interest after one year on the amount you have left, not on the original amount all at once. Absolutely insane. So basically, if you get the credit card, pay it off in a year or you will be POUNDED with interest. Oh and I forgot the craziest part of this experience, no one from Adorama helped me for months to figure out where to make payments on the Edge Credit Card. The whole situation was poor from beginning to end.
I had ordered a computer from this company. Their customer service department issued a credit $100 credit to me in an email for a price match.
When I went to use the credit, they said it wasn't available because they had sent me a second email that they couldn't honor the price match because the item that was being price matched was not in stock.
1. The item that they price matched was in stock at the time, that's why they price matched it to begin with. It was sold out when they checked again later, because the item was on sale.
2. They claim that they sent a second email said they could not honor it, but I never received it. Instead, i have TWO emails from them saying they will honor the price match and give me the credit.
If they would not have honored the price match, I could have returned the item and purchased it elsewhere.
Have never had problems with Adorama. They're solid and professional. Have relied on them for all types of photo and video gear and they've always come through. Fast shipment, great communication.

I recently ordered from Adorama for the very first time. I have been looking for another reliable company to do give business to as I make 2-3 camea related orders a month. Long story short, I ordered a lens from them and a few other accessories. Everything went well except for the lens had some sort of damage on the rear element affecting image and video quality. They sent me a packing slip to exchange, however this is where it gets bad. I have to wait a few days for Adorama to receive the package, then I have to wait around 3 days for them to process the exchange and then I have to wait however many days the shipping takes. I needed this lens for a client in 2 DAYS from today, which is why I ordered much earlier in the week. I am going along with the exchange because I can make great use of the lens I ordered, however I have to now go rent this exact lens so that I can use it for my client in 2 days. First and last order from me. I simply can not take the risk of receiving another defective item and then waiting around a week for the entire return/exchange process. Any other times this has happened for me (twice in 6 years), the retailer simply sent out the item I ordered immediately as we both agreed that I would be charged again had they not received the defective item within a given time frame.
With the amount of Youtube videos about other lights, I'm shocked that more Youtubers aren't talking about this light. I find it to be one of the best affordable options for run and gun type photographers/videographers. The bi color adjustability allows you to adapt to match the light of the environment you may find yourself in.
Bowens mount allows you to use a plethora of light modifiers vs. the limitations of LED light panels. It also accepts V-mount batteries. Build quality, light quality, carrying case etc. are all great. I Love it so far.

Was waiting on a backordered 360 camera for about a month. I was actually checking the status on it when the laptop on special popped up, just so happened I was looking for one at the time, just so happened to have all the specs I need for video editing so I canceled the camera and bought the laptop. One it all started a week ago when I ordered with them my entire order came late now that I got my order the camera that I look so much for it and getting doesn't work I bought three additional batteries and none of the batteries work don't order with them they're the worst company
I bought a used camera through their assistance and for several months now, the camera is in perfect working condition. I had a little doubt initially but it all turned out well. I highly recommend.
Got a VR headset that does not work, attempted to contact the company and they are not answering. Do you only have 15 days to return it, looks like we're going to have to go through the bank.
Great products for the price - if you need a tripod and the camera store cost alot then go to this site and buy the same tripod for pennies on the dollar. My tripod i purchased is heavry duty and reflexable for different ground. Adorma even sell used equipment to.

Accepted (UPS) delivery of order 4-days after placing. Packing was great and even though order was completed from two locations, both packages arrived together.

Took very long to talk to customer service, and was told I could expect an email within a few days. Nothing heppened. Didn't recieve the partial refund as promised. No email at all.
My GF ordered a piece of music software from these people, and instead of getting a straightforward DOWNLOAD, for 2 weeks I've had to correspond via email, just to have them act like I'm speaking Greek. Sure, she saved $40, but the aggrevation is $10,000 worth. STAY AWAY!
Adorama offers much lower prices. So I always pick my cameras here. The camerals are really good and durable. My last camera was purchased three years online and it still functions well.
